That's honestly a disgusting statement.
The tiananmen protests are some of the biggest inspirations for anti-war protests and anti-war activists today, and for you to say it's stupid, because of the fact that this man could have died by being crushed is honestly revolting. This man didn't even die from that, he apparantly was executed by the chinese government afterwords, would he live if he hadn't have done it? Sure, but would he have lived with himself after he let tanks go and murder innocent people?

He did'nt make a mistake.

He was putting the point across that if there is any trouble regarding the Irish vessel then some Israelis could indeed put a spin on it and start saying that the IRA were involved and not just Irish civilians.

He has helped more people than you could ever know, he has inspired thousands to fight against war efforts by finally taking a stand against a violent and disgusting regime, and you would have basically told him to shove off and go do some protesting in his home, or something, right?

I am just curious as to exactly how the Irish would "change our world" (I am not Jewish or Israeli) I am a war mongering American ... But lets entertain this..Of course if the world got upset and decided to do something, that is a different story.. But If Ireland went in alone... What exactly would they do to change our world? It might help to diffuse the situation a little bit, sure. But when was the last time that you heard any nations, or heads of state, or just politicians in general, apologize to anybody for anything?

The only thing that will make this go away is if The Palestinians vote Hamas OUT!

Maybe Hamas should apologize for the orgy of death that they have brought upon the people of Palestine, Israel, and the rest of the world. and will continue with no foreseeable end in sight.
