BREAKING: Natalie Holloway Suspect Joran Van Der Sloot Accused of Peru Murder

Just throwing my 2 cents in,,

Ive read quite a bit about this (Class A)idiot,,,,This sicko must really make it hard for his lawyer the number of times he changes his story,,,,

If i were under investigation/suspected of murder,,I would not be doing the crap he does,,,(interveiws and such),,,he comes from a well to do family and could be called a dutch playboy,,,so i dont think he needs the money,,,

As for him working with a pimp mob?
He's to stupid,,,no mob would want the likes of him....
Or this recent murder was a vendeta to get him back?
"give me a break",,,,

This sicko has a serious mental problem.

In the Aruba case,,he obviusly knows more than what he's telling.....
Then theres the Thailand sting on him,,,

I cant see any woman going around with this creep??????

This last young lady had to of known about his shady past,,,

well,,they have a body now,,,so we'll have to see what the autopsy says,,,DNA,,etc,,,

Im sure he know theres a man hunt on for him as well,,,

Also,,if he's guilty of this,,,Im sure he's guilty in the Aruba case as well....

I assume he didnt check out of the hotel he was at,,,and I also wonder if he left that poker tournement early..
Theres alot we dont know also such as how long did the murdered victim knew him?

Seems to me, buddy has a problem with rejection. Prolly got the girl back to his room... she didnt give it up as he planned ...and "SNAP". This wasnt the first time either.

Prison Conditions in Peru are horrific.

Many of the prisons in Peru are located in mountainous places in the Andes, where even on summer nights, temperatures can drop to intolerable temperatures. Prisoners in Yanamayo, for example, receive about a gallon of water each day that is used for drinking, washing and flushing a hole in the concrete floor that serves as a toilet. The beds are concrete, and prisoners are allowed only a half-hour of yard time a day. They are confined to their cells the rest of the day. There is no glass in the windows sheilding prisoners from the cold air. Prisoners' bodies often die before their minds do.

Many prisons report 10,000 inmates in structures built to house only hundreds. In 1990, the Peruvian Government agreed to increase the amount of money spent on each prisoner from $.05 to $.055 cents. Many of the prisoners surrvive on food donated from village people and human rights organizations.

Malnutrition, circulatory problems from the cold, and tuberculosis are rampant in Peruvian prisons. Rats, rape and abuse are secondary problems. Inmate violence is also a big concern.
Illegal drugs are available in many prisons and HIV/AIDS is reportedly at near epidemic levels.

Van Der Slut will be wishing he was arrested in Aruba the first time around, where his family could visit and bring him pizza.

Interesting that American Lori Berenson was just released from a Peruvian prison last Tuesday after serving 15 years as a politial prisoner.

It's an interesting story that I've been following for years. the Peruvian government accused her or being a part of a radical group, although she claims she was just a human rights worker and a reporter.

It's amazing that Berenson is still alive, after suffering 15 years behind bars in Peru. It's really a testament to her strength as a human being. Her parents complained about the conditions in prison as they watched their daughter whither and practicaly die. And Lori was treated better than many others, perhaps, because her case was so high profile.

Van Der Slut is in big trouble. I guess he can take her spot in prison!

Raped her? Yes. He is a serial rapist, that's how he gets his kicks, even if he has to drug them first. He likes them helpless.

But the bloody scene described in the hotel room doesn't fit his M.O.
I'm thinking he raped her, then someone else came along and murdered her. A jealous lover, perhaps?

And even if they find Van der Sloots seminal fluid on her, rape will still be hard to prove, because the only other witness is dead. He will of course make the claim it was consentual and/or paid for, and who will be there to oppose this assertion?

It is possible he could get away with this, too, especially if the country permits his mother's request for him to be extradited back to Aruba, which she will inevitably want. Peru will deny it, I hope. Does anybody know what their penalty is for Rape? Do they have the death penalty?

I'm unsure of Peru's laws..in the U.S. there would not be a peep permitted about previous crimes. We wouldn't hear a word about Natalie.

He's the one in trouble in a foreign country now. Let's see how he likes it.

I think we "Americans" are a lot smarter than what you presented in this post. Van Der Sloot is a psychopath. He is being played as the patsie by "Mr. Big" whomever that may be. he has a lot of protection we know that otherwise he would be rotting in a prison cell.

If you have anything to offer other than he is getting paid by the media to entertain us ,by all means, please do I think everyone at this point would be open to hearing from you esp. since you are Dutch.

My best friend is from Rotterdam so I know a thing or two about the Netherlands, and you are wrong in your statement. Joran did confess to killing Natalie and then retracted his statement.

Be kind otherwise you give Amsterdam a bad name.

sure its possible he could be innocent,,,some other intruder killed the young lady,,,,

the DNA would be to see if she tried to fight back,,,his blood on hers,,,skin scraping under the nails,,,who ever sadistly killed that woman would definatly leave DNA samples besides semen from sex...

As well as any scraths on vander sloot,,,he was identifide whith her entering the room,,,,The police will want to examine the cloths he was wearing as well...

Im sure he will say he threw them away or his luggage was stolen...( I can see that one coming)

Yes, good point. If she put up a struggle, his skin/hair could be under her nails. Plus, if they find him quickly enough, he might have her teeth marks, scratches, and other evidence of a struggle.

I'm curious to see how this unfolds.

I don't really think anybody thinks he's 100% innocent. Whatever he did or did not do to Natalie Holloway does not take away the things he's done since.

The only thing people think is weird... is the whole Peruvian incident.

And even though he's officially Dutch... he's been raised like a person from Aruba... which is really different.

I saw that too. A couple of other news websites are reporting the same. Not sure how accurate, though. Nothing on Yahoo or national news as of now.
