It is not important whether the IDF was attacked or not because the IDF had no right to be in that ship in the first place.

That is the whole reason for the outcry.

IT is like saying:
You come to my house with a gun without any rights, and you expect not to get attacked.

The incident occurred in International waters:
This means Turkey can do exactly the same to Israeli ships when it reaches International waters, that is why it is a crisis, that is why this is called an act of war, because no Israeli ships will be safe in the future from Turkish hostility, even if they are civilian.

Well I just found out that the Israelis have shot an Aussie and locked up two others. Thats it for me, im so sick of Israel getting away with this appalling bullshiit time and time again. They are an enemy of Australia and our people.

i don't know if this is a double post, but have just found out a video of israelis partying for the assault. how sad is that? i'm not even in anger, just very very sad.

He will discuss about their "decision", but nobody know what it is. Normally the conference should be 1 hour ago but they postponed it, because a military chef visited him. You can watch it live here: www.ntvmsnbc.com...
but it will be probably in turkish. I am sure though some western channels or al jazeera will broadcast it.

Wait, so you would have the audacity to actually post comments from other nations with agendas in the place of the international law itself? Do you understand how vile and rancid propoganda is? Earlier reports suggest that shootings had taken place BEFORE the scenes of more men rapelling from the helicopters.

People talked of live ammunition being fired and people injured and killed and then you see the rest of the commando's coming down, which suggests to me - some commando's may have sneaked on board and killed a few before being discovered.

Don't forget the inital reports of people shot in their sleep.

Also what did you expect the people to do? Queue up and wait to be shot? Or maybe put up some kind of resistance?

ALL video evidence to date shows zero evidence of Israel firing first and much video footage shows Israelis rapelling and instantly being attacked on the deck.

"earlier reports" don't hold weight in the face of video evidence. I'm sorry I have to point out the obvious in the face of the all too common propoganda push.

They do if they were in their territorial waters or had reason to believe they had more than "humanitarian" cargo on board...
This same scenario has been playing out in the arabian gulf for years now...

They should not have attacked the boarding parties and this incident might not have occured, that casts suspicion in my eyes...
