Well I have to tell that at least "in my neck of woods" crime involving illegals is growing, I done work as interpretor for the federal court local circuit while working for a migrant worker lawyer and the crimes span from drug traficking, assault and domestic dispute (beating of girlfriends and wives).

True, but a legal citizen who commits these crimes is more easily traceable.

What use is a law that kicks immigrants out of your state, shoving them into another while draining your stats economy?

You don't even have a wall at your boarder for crying out loud! Even if you rounded them up and kicked them out they would all be back with in the week in another state!

Do me a favor, take the Mexican immigration laws and apply them to your country. Then we will talk.

I live in Kentucky. Do you have any idea where that is in the US? Just about right down the center line of the country. Almost equidistance from either the north or south border. In the City I live in, we have BORDER PATROL STATIONED AT OUR POLICE HEAD END STATION! Why? Because there are four apartment complexes in a two square mile radius that have been overrun by illegal Mexicans and illegal Cubans that have brought with the prostitution, Crack, Coke, Marijuana and Gangs.

The Majority of crime in MY county IS done by illegals.

Yea they should at least get organized like the Italians and the Irish.

Really a lot of this paralells much of what immigrants past have done. Like Mexicans in Cali growing dope and the Irish/Scotts making moonshine in the hills.

But issue are a bit differnet today.

The law doesn't help either, the lesser offenders stays here but when it comes to higher crimes like drug trafficking they are send back to the country of origin.

I remember this particular drug trafficker that he was so smug knowing that he will not serve a day in jail here in the US.

It was his third time been caught for the same crime in the US.

Latinos and hispanics are not really effected by this law. They are MEXICANS! White people are hesitant to use the word MEXICAN because they have all made the mistake of using the word MEXICAN to denote the Spanish language. My MEXICAN friends do not like being lumped in with Latin speakers and Hispanos. There are really not that many non-mexican illegal aliens in Arizona.

Well, yes again you do care, or you wouldn't even want to see me squirm.

I'd like to point out, that you are not furthing your cause, or getting a point across with personal insults, by the way. You are not only insulting people who are making intelligent, well thought out remarks on the subject, you are now also insulting their parents, or grandparents, etc... That is not cool.

Make an argument on this topic that makes sense, without slamming people with your own twisted point of veiw, and honestly, people might listen to you.

Like I said, this is not about Mexicans. It's about illegals, and there are some that don't happen to be Mexican. All of them need to go home, not just the ones from south of the border. People of other nationalities come through that weakened border, also.

The fact that all of this is being brought to the border states of Mexico, does show the large majority of illegals, are, Mexican.

Perhaps illegals should go to Canada. Not many of them sneak into the US, so life must be really good there!

My grandmother and great grandmother were from Spain so I share common ancestry with a lot of these folks...

I have no problem living and working with Hispanics as long as they do it the right way, legally... and Hell I speak Spanish better than I do English... my first language is Apache though...Yeah I'm a Red Skin...

Here on ATS i've seen plenty of threads about Hispanics in the US and most of those threads and the people who respond are saying things like they really have a distaste for hispanics!!
