Mexico's immigration law is about the same as most nations, even the US.

The only thing that is unique is that Americans are not allowed to buy land on the coasts or near the border.

This was put into effect after the US made off with about a third of the land that belonged to Mexico.

Also since 2008 Mexico has decriminalized ilegal immigration so there is no jail time if caught ilegally in mexico. Below is a news site but it is in spanish. Found the news all over in spanish but the strange thing is I could not dig up this bit of information in english. Seems they only tell you what they want you to know.

Many central and south american make it through mexico without much trouble. Even orientals use mexico as their first stop before the US. Mexicos situation is the same as the US. The laws are there but no one is really enforcing them.

Even when an ilegal is caught in mexico they just deport him. Why spend on keeping them locked up. If they are central american they are usually back (in mexico) a week later.

As for all the robberies, rape and murder of immigrants in mexico I would think that these are commited by gangs. Are there cops in bed with them? Sure. The thing is that immigrants make easy targets because they are afraid to go to the authorities but that is also the case with ilegals in any country.

I have said this before and I will say it again.

No matter where you are from, there is a proper legal way to become a resident of the U.S. Go through the process or GTFO.

Personally I think the only illegals that should get to stay are men and women rescued from the sex trade and slavery on US soil.

I live in Mexico Dude. And by the way America is the only country were people talk so much about their freedom of speech yet are so afraid of PC laws that they never say what they want unless they are on the Internet. Every other free country just does freedom of speech.

Let me brake it down for you....

My mother traveled through a sewer a long time ago to get to the US, she did this illegally, in San Fransisco she met an American who happens to be my father.

She spent two years in San Fran before she got fed up and came back to Mexico, Sinaloa to be precise, my father followed her down here and after 4 years of living in Mexico I was born in Mexico.

I derived American citizenship through my father due to a 1982 law stating that a child born in a foreign country from an American parent receives automatic citizenship.

My father and mother split up and I went with my father to live in California at the age of 4. If you have no idea how hard it is for a single dad in America please watch the movie "the pursuit of happiness" For 8 years me and my father lived in and out of half way houses, I've been to a total of 28 schools in those 8 years.

The day me and my father left Mexico and went to the USA we lived in a taxi because my father was used to the cost of living in Mexico and was not prepared for paying the outrageous rents of San Diego. I was 4 years old and was not ready for school so I accompanied my father in the Taxi while he worked, this help him get really good tips from the passengers. On the second day he got out of the cab for a second to get me an ice cream sandwich from a vending machine when a Cop pulled over, got out of his patrol car and asked me what I was doing alone in the cab. I was under instructions from my father not to talk to strangers so i called out to my dad, my dad got back into the cab and the Cop started writing him a ticket. We had just made enough money for a hotel and were very much looking forward to a warm bed and a shower so we were celebrating with ice cream.......with a new expensive ticket we could now kiss the hotel room good bye.

The Cop asked my father if he knew why he was getting a ticket. When my father tightening his grip on the wheel did not respond the Cop asked him again in a louder tone. My father being from Boston naturally has a short fuse and just blew up on the Cop saying "YES! your giving me this ticket because your a son of a !@@#$ sucking !@#@$@ mother !@#!$#@ piece of god DAMN dog @!#$% !!!!

My father was pulled out through the cabs window thrown on the front of the car and the cop started twisting his arm as hard as he could. I jumped out of the same window and clung desperately to my fathers leg. several hours and additional police later they dropped all charges because of the bruises they left on my arm and hands in their attempt to pry me from my fathers leg. But they left my father a warning that if they ever found me in the cab again I would be taken from him and sent to child protective services.

Our only option was welfare. two hundred dollars a month in San Diego for 8 years. Every time I went to the doctor I needed an operation because I was a doctors meal ticket due to medical. they even wanted to cut my balls off one time with out x -ray or anything, i went in after a jungle gym accident and they decided i needed one of my balls removed. Luckily i put up such a fight that after they strapped me to a board and jammed a sedative into my leg my Father told them to let me go and thanks to that i still have my two balls and guess what...they work just fine!

Eventually we cam back to Mexico and I was but in a school stably, had a stable home, my own room and now I own my own home and live happily ever after.

You can think what you want of what I am saying, but that will NEVER change the fact that the USA is one piece of crap, Nazi, despicable worthless country that is only good for sucking dry by working there.

Your right as an American citizen it is my right to take America for ever penny it has, But there is nothing, no cartel, no violence, no danger that will ever make me have to live in that God Damn country AGAIN!

Just the thought of some how having to gives me a nauseous feeling in the pit of my stomach.

I'm mad because the Mexican people are being used.

The Arizona bill accomplishes nothing except the same old same old deportation crap. Nothing New.

Meanwhile Mexicans can still try to get to the US work and them get deported again.

It's con game. America still gets all the Illegal immigrants it want but only the illegal immigrants have to hid better or run faster before they are deported.

You need to stop acting like your health system and stop attacking the symptom and treat the disease which is your governments blatant exploitation of not only illegal Mexicans but also it's own citizens.

Once America stops feeding and growing of of the worlds stupid, I can sit back comfortably and watch America crumble in to the sea of destruction.

It's win, win for us both, you get all illegal to stop going to America and i get to watch you slowly wither away.

I'm just so surprised that there are people dumber than I am, it's tragic.
