NotThat, you just made me realize something: the sky was a weird color, the yellow guy was a weird color, the Grey Room was a weird color. All the colors were "off."

One thought I also had originally was that the sun exploded or died and that we were "evacuated" just in time. When I saw the movie "Knowing" my entire body turned cold, began shaking uncontrollably, and I cried. It was like seeing Truth on the big screen, like a message someone was giving me. They even talked about the sun, had the weird "human" guys right, and the aliens, too. I cried because I knew there was someone else who had experienced something similar to us. It was like I'd been given the gift of reassurance.

Let's go with the sun exploding theory for a minute. If we indeed left and were evacuated, that doesn't explain our return to our "normal" lives again. Old relationships were reestablished. I went back to college. Our lives didn't really change, except the fact that WE were different. We made different choices as a result, but everything, our surroundings, people, were familiar to us. So, I believe we were returned to the same planet we left.

I know we remember a different world map and different history, but I'm not going to go so far to think we're in a different universe/alternate reality created just for us. I know some sci-fi movies have suggested this possibility exists. However, we're not that special. I don't think that is what is going on here.

As far as the history thing goes, I think something changed. Perhaps someone went back in time and changed things a little. Perhaps us going "up" affected our memories so that we COULD remember the change when everyone else didn't. Like we weren't zapped somehow. Maybe the change happened while we were in the Grey Room. Maybe it changed sometime after we got back. We wouldn't have noticed because we were so preoccupied with what had just happened to us.

My guess is that the strange sun was a precursor to the event. In other words, things were aligned just so. Perhaps the ship/aliens/Grey Room brought/created the strange sun. Or, maybe the strange sun was the right condition to bring the ship/aliens/Grey Room.

Don't you remember that it seemed like the sun was coming closer and closer? Maybe that was really the ship/aliens/Grey Room!

NotThat, I keep feeling like we're getting closer and closer to the truth, like more pieces are getting filled in. Heck, we've had 17 or so years to mull over this and figure it out. What do you think of this sun theory?

Has anyone been to the grey room that was partially filled with different colored balls all over the floor a couple feet deep?

The balls reminded of the ones in the kids play things like at McDonalds.
I was calm and happy and yes was aware I was waiting for something or someone. The ceilings were slanted at different angles and low.

The grey room I was in was vast and nothing like the room you were in. However, I have a theory there are many grey rooms.

Bachrik, how did you get to your grey room? Was anyone else with you? Do you hear a voice, have a "gift", sense an important job to do?

Anything you can tell me about your experience may help me understand mine a bit better. There may be a connection somehow. Maybe someone else will recognize your room.

I've not read the full thread yet but had to post, finally I can relate to something weird on here.

I had a recurring dream as a child about a place just like this, this would be about 35/40 years ago. Clinically white and bright with no lights I could see. No windows or doors and I couldn't see where the floor/walls/ceiling met.

How very weird that other people have seen something similar.

Let's see, I go through dreams to the grey room. I don't think about it. I'm just there all the sudden. I recognize it right away like an old familiar feeling and know I've been there many times before. The ceilings were the same color as the walls. The ceilings were low and different angles. The room was sundrenched yet I remember seeing no sun. No one was with me but I remember feeling very calm and pleasant, playing sort of and just waiting. At one point I was on my belly kind of wading through the balls. Now I'm not sure about this last part but... I think I "felt" a female presence coming towards my room and I could hear her saying something. I can never remember what she says before being sucked out of the room to wake up. There's no doubt in my mind I visit this grey room often.

Wouldn't it be amazing if this grey room was simply a holodeck...and they shut off the fantasy to allow you to see your true environment. Maybe we are all just playing out a portion of a script in this virtual reality simulator and we meet there to discuss important stuff about our next move together with these other people.

My recent obsession is aliens. I feel contact, but it´s hard to describe, it´s not concrete, but it´s "there". When I was teen I had strong connection with something I believe was extraterrestrial. It was an obsession and then I had this vision, that many UFO´s landing everywhere and they call us aboard. Not "take" us, my aliens always feel friendly and helpful . And I also had this feeling, that my role is to gather others together and help them adjust, remain calm or something like that. Then this obsession went away for about 10 years and now it´s back. I can´t say it´s truth, but I have a feeling, that aliens play a big role in it. We are waiting for something biger and more univeral maybe, but aliens are part of it.
I meditate every day using ancient sanscrit language mantras and it has been great too. It´s my other obsession. I feel, that I want and I should prepare myself mostly mentally, to be ready for changes and maybe to be able to help others come along. It´s the theory, that vibrations are rising and we need sertain amount of people with sertain rate of vibration to awaken all mankind if the time comes. Maybe.
About gifts... some people has said, that I have healing powers. I´d like them to be stronger though. I don´t hear voices, well just once in this year´s January - I woke up, when low male voice said: "This is official now" and added my name. I felt extremely strong energy and woke up immediately. It wasn´t like dream, it was something different, but I still wonder, what this voice ment by that. Do you hear those voices in awake state like real voices that come outside or more like thelephatic thoughts or something?

In January I completely changed my future plans and decided to look for some eco commune, where people can manage with little or no money. I live in northern country, where are long and cold winters, so with sudden change of plans came the urge to move to some warmer area in mountains. I´m still not sure about that.
But I´m not afraid either. Sometimes I think, that it´s gonna be unpleasant if electricity is gone and old society collapses, it might be dangerous and just physically hard. But even if this happens it should not be very long time. I´ve also thought, that maybe it´s not that bad, that most people believe world will end at 2012, then they can´t get to panic, because it happens more than a year before . And it´s just the end of the world as we know it.
Recently I asked before I fell asleep, that what´s most important at this time. I had a dream, where I was chanting mantras with my family and we went outside and looked to the sky, waiting something to show up.
And another rather funny dream, but with most direct message I´ve had in dreams was about year ago. An UFO landed in the forest and a tall, thin gray alien came out and started to walk towards me. I was a little afraid and walked away, but she (she felt female) followed. Finally I turned around and she said: "I just wanted to tell you, that soon you all are going to look like me."

Hmmm now I have to see that movie "Knowing". The source I trust says the Sun will be doing what you spoke of but not for another two hundred years more or less. Maybe you did a time travel/ dimensional thingy? IDK but this is so fascinating.

About the time, when should this event happen? Something changed at the beginning of the year 2010, I have this feeling constantly, that this is the year, that changes a lot. Or at least big changes begin at this year. But that´s all I can say about the time. I don´t know. Something is activated, many people say, that they have this strange feeling, that something is going to happen soon, something is coming. This already is interesting year of the Tiger and I think it´s getting more interesting.
