Well I sort of see your point but it would be nice the phrase "capitalism" only applied to private (non-governmetn) ownership of companies like it is supposed to. I'd much rather correct people when they claim the USA has been capitalist. I believe the USA was capitalist at some point but it clearly switched to fascist/corporatism.

Chavez puts political opponents to prison, disowns businesses, has competition assasinated - and stops free media.
Once you do a little bit of travelling to various countries and suddenly find that internet access to thousands of sites are blocked, you`ll begin to appreciate Europe and America again.
