Few people from our hostel have been taken to hospital with suspicion of the swine flu.
We have been to told to stay away from hospital and that a select few have the Tamiflu, and if anyone is sick to go to them and take the meds.

Where ever you might be, it would be over there by then if things would get that bad my friend. Italy and Kiev are wide apart from each others too and the difference of those countries is like a day and night, especially in healthcare.

I didn't know about this and maybe others don't either as it too is also barely reported....apparantly 40,000 infected in Belgium in one week bringing total infected there to around 75,000 with what is apparantly swine flu as well. A google news search yields absoutley NO further information about this !
The link goes to a page with a non-english article, can anyone translate and post it as I don't have firefox so can't...can we find out if the site is legit and that the article is not some sort of hoax?

My friends saw them spraying aerosol using vehicles on the street. I posted this some 12 hours before. I guess they start the process and reports it later...

It was not untill yesterday the Swedish MSM informed of Switzerland´s none aprooval of the very same vaccine we are getting here in Sweden..Pandemrix! Maybe a week after or so on such important issue!?
And wen they did it was only to express their surprise, "they" swedish health auth, could not understand why Swiss would do this..you should se them on Tv man! What a face!

How's the situation in Sweden? People saying no thanks to that shot in masses like they are doing in Finland?

I've followed this story closely on several dozen web sites and have seen nothing near 600 deaths from the "unknown virus". Thirty seven is roughly the highest I have seen so far and they seem to have segregated 7 of those out as the highly "acute" and unusual ones.

Mind you, in a state of emergency in US (example hurricanes Katrina and Ike) they STOP reporting numbers and limit the reporting to 10 per day so that it takes a year (or years) to get the final number. The reason they do this is to deter panic.

I think perhaps the ATS poster confused two separate stories. The story confused MIGHT have stemmed from the CDC or WHO story about 700 more deaths in USA from swine flu this month than there were last month. I'm just guessing of course. Anyway, I think this thread is on the "unidentified virus" deaths of which there were 7 so far.

Is this just another trick from Ukraine with their gas bill? To create panic so they don't have to pay for gas to Russia, wouldn't suprise me at all. That goverment of Ukraine is so badly corrupted.

Honestly i Found the rise in ifluenza illness in the USA to be alarming as well. There were 500 additional deaths in a week. Mind you everything is lumped together but I believe the situation in the USA may be the same thing. We are in state of emergency after all. Over in the USA we never shut down any sort of borders. That is how the swine flu became so wide spread.
If you look at this link, www.cdc.gov... you will 530 out of 2,916 are lab confirmed as flu. You will see how confusing the whole mess is.l
This is why I am looking to the Ukrarine because in the USA we may have a similair situation that they are hiding from us. It may not be as extreme but a 500 spike in deaths,(in a week), is need to be concerned.

What I posted before was what I heard from people, the same thing, but they are spraying using vehicles. You confirmed it from a news source. Seems it was true. Any idea what this 'spray' could be??

I did not confirm it; nor did the translated article. In fact, the article says it's not true.

I can speculate all day long, but it won't mean a thing without establishing a few facts. Those facts are not established enough to even begin speculating. There would have to be a LOT of facts established before I'd begin speculating, and then, I would most likely keep it to myself.

My understanding of the figures that you linked to, is that the figure of 530 deaths, is a cumulative total, over an eight week period from August 30th to October 24th.

We have an even more confusing situation in the UK, where the "official" swine flu infection rates are NOT based on actual Lab reults, but on "expert" predictions!

In terms of "confirmed" swine flu deaths, since June there have been 137 confirmed H1N1 swine flu deaths in the UK (with a population of 61.4 million!)

Here is what the Belgian Article has to say about the 75,000 now infected over there....it's not in the MSM at ALL. The following is a bit garbled but you'll get the jist...

Yea but this is for that H1N1 which is nothing more than a little cough and that's about it. Of course it hits some of us harder, but most don't even realize they had it. I think there's no reason to do any fearmongering from that so it's actually good they are not screaming it out loud and making people panic.
