Indonesia, .. there it is, ... and even though the time frame is slightly off I'll give you that one. good job kid.

though an earthquake for west coast of N. American, namely So.Cal and L.A. has been expected for quite some time and is very past due, .... that one will not surprise me.

You mentioned you had alot of problems with predictions before, ... I hope this isn't just luck and your just reaching your stride.

... but all in all, ... what would you say your success rate is ?? one hit, .... how many misses ???

Coming from you this can be considered a hugh compliment. Thanks for that...

Wouldn't suprise me either..

Going by your replies i take it you are somewhat sceptical in nature when it comes to predictions. I have the same and to be honest it still believe that predicting the future is something we shouldn't wanna do for a whole bunch of reasons, wether or not the ability to do so actually exists. I'm trying to prove that by logical thinking and observation you can get the same results as any self proclaimed medium....

... but all in all, ... what would you say your success rate is ?? one hit, .... how many misses ???

Well if we are gonna count last months webbot prediction as valid than mine can also be considered spot on and that would make my hit rate 100%.....so far

I'm still at two.....

You are counting individual quakes as to were i am counting location events and all those quakes near Indonesia belong to one and the same event....

South America was spot on aswell with a M5.9 last night (Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 19:03:16 UTC La Paz, Bolivia)....

That only leaves us with the North-American quake of this coming weekend....let's hope it's an epic fail!!!!!

Peace

Huge quake and tsunami in Samoa plus another huge quake in Indonesia equals that the forecasts may be right, unfortunately.

Is that a 5.1 i'm seeing on the west coast???

Magnitude 5.1
Date-Time Thursday, October 01, 2009 at 10:01:23 UTC
Thursday, October 01, 2009 at 03:01:23 AM at epicenter

Location 36.380°N, 117.862°W
Depth 0 km (~0 mile) (poorly constrained)
Region CENTRAL CALIFORNIA
Distances 12 km (8 miles) S (175°) from Keeler, CA
16 km (10 miles) ENE (65°) from Cartago, CA
18 km (11 miles) NE (43°) from Olancha, CA
30 km (18 miles) SE (141°) from Lone Pine, CA
237 km (148 miles) W (276°) from Las Vegas, NV

We'll see what happens..

I swear to g*d if i started this thread with the remark that a little green alien named Quark whispered in my ear that an earthquake would happen or the GFL channeled this to me this thread would have been exploding...

But since i stated that because of some boring statistics this was expected to happen i'm seeing little activity in here....

But that still leaves the fact that i'm still hitting 100% after 3 "predictions" and can safely conclude the webbot is not a suitable methode of predicting the future concerning major geological events....

Science 1 / prophecy 0

But since i'm apparently talking to myself here ,i'll leave it at that..

Have a good one...

Peace

I hope you haven't gone to the dark side mate, all these 'forecasts' being predicted could go to your head!

It's odd that we haven't heard anything from those earthquake prediction experts...

No beached whales
No crop circles
No major solar activity
No people questioningall (sic)

Keep up the ironic work buddy

Well well you are getting good at this 5.1 CALIFORNIA-NEVADA BORDER REGION www.iris.edu...
It has been a bit too calm around this aria S+F for a intresting thread.
I have always felt the moon plays a part in earthquake's could get shaky this weekend hope not but stay alert just to be on the safe side.

THANKYOU

Hey Chad,

You finaly made it here!!! Great!!!!

If anybody would understand this, it's Chadwickus

Yeah it's fun here on the darkside!!! And they serve chilled Coors!!!

No, seriously i just wanted to proof that what the webbot can do any ATS'er could do with a little observation and logic thinking (which we have a lot of around here!!)

No beached whales indeed, no funny acting squirrels, no crop circles and certainly no people questioningall....
(very subtle)

I'm still processing solar activity into this equation because it might have had some effect (relax, the magnetosphere is still there folks!!)

Stay well and thanks fo the reply

Peace

Don’t forget bouncing HAARP waves off Chemtrails…

Anyway…
This thread may have the distinction of being the only predictions to ever come true on ATS…
