If I was the government I would go to protests just like this and snatch up random people who don't believe in the system (or else they wouldn't be there in the first place) and take them far away to be experimented on. I'm not the government though.

Calling people "sheep" or "ignorant" because they call the video into question on very legitimate terms can in turn make you look like "sheep" and or "ignorant".

Now, the title of the video states that this is military. I spent 12 years in the military, and these people were not military.

All of this in-fighting amongst a group of people that are here to "deny ignorance" is what "they" want. And you wonder why it sometimes feels like we are fighting a losing battle..

Certainly, people shouldn't be called sheep or ignorant for suggesting these guys aren't military. But I don't think that's the point. They were DRESSED as military, and they did that for a reason.

Dressed as Federal Agents? Yeah people would screw with them as the recent hanging of a census worker showed. Military? Nobody screws with the military. So they can do what they want if they're dressed in fatigues.

I'm pretty keen on my idea that they're DHS. The FBI simply doesn't operate this way, and the CIA are much slicker. This stinks to high hell of the new Gestapo - the Department of Homeland Security. Especially as they would have significant interest in home-grown 'troublemakers'.

I see a time coming not far from now when all of you peaceful protesters finally realize that it is time to take action and do something in those situations.

6 cops in riot gear...200 people surrounding them...It's time to realize your camera is not a weapon and stop being bullied by these armor plated thugs.

The funny thing is, You are paying them to do this....You pay their salaries with your tax dollars that are forceably taken from you...Get use to having force used in your everyday life or start surrounding these thugs and stomp them into the pavement. You have to turn the fear back on them...

Does anyone know what this guy did to get thrown in a car?
I saw a bunch of smoke as they were driving away. What's up with that?

No one's asking what the guy did, just complaining that he was thrown in a car. I know if I went around lighting fires, or smoke bombs like that anywhere, I would probably be "picked up" too.

Anyone have both sides of the story from some non-greenpeace emo hippie?

That's what I was thinking. On the video you hear people saying, "this is a peaceful protest!" Being met with force. It's stuff like this, that is going to cause us to stop being peaceful. Unfortunately, I believe that is exactly what they want. This video, IMO, is just more proof of that.

Far too many people shouting about illegal kidnap here, it could just be a case of him having done enough that was worthy of arrest, so they snatched him from the crowd and threw him in a police car, albeit umarked.

Not the first time it's happened, i've done it before with large crowd disturbances. It's a good way of seperating the serious trouble makers or ring leaders.

Little bit on Wiki for you, i'm not sure if it's entirely the same for this situation, but it seems to be what they were doing.

snatch squad is a police riot control tactic which involves serveral police officers, usually in protective riot gear, rushing forwards, occasionally in flying wedge formation to break through the front of a crowd, with the objective of snatching one or more individuals from a riot or demonstration they are opposing. The target may be a leader or a speaker, or someone who is displayed to be leading the crowd.

In one British form of the tactic, 3 or 4 officers rush at a group of violent or disorderly people with two of the officers carrying batons and the others a shield. The officer with the shield rushed the most violent in the group and forces the subject between the shield and a fixed object, while the other officers either arrest the others and escort them out of the crowds.

Source: Snatch squads

If you have to use this method, nine times out of they are going into a police car/van. Once in the car, you don't hang around for the crowd to get nasty on you.

Maybe thats what happened here?

I still wonder about the "agent provocateur" theory though, it definately wouldn't be the first time....watch this vid.....

Thank you warrenb snf to u m8!

When I joined the Viet Nam's Vet Against the War I was protesting how our benefits promised, after our work done, was delayed or refused. How a 59 day stay at a VA hospital almost cost me my left foot. I had a broken leg foot was fine when entering the VA Hospital!

My old job before joining (I was not drafted but believe I owed my country time for my freedom) was refused my reinstatement. The Union did not stand behind me and that was with me holding a proper Union War Withdrawal card that stated all that I needed was 1 Honourable discharge and within 6 months of ETS reapply and will receive my job with all pay raise etc.......

I had a "V" device medal with a Good Conduct medal just to name two awards. Also Two count them 2 Honourable Discharges. Of course I wanted to protest after all was that my right to public protest the unjust way I and my fellow vets were treated? Did not we as borned Americans have these rights let alone to serve and protect?

Vets Day we were the only Vets that showed up to the march to honour us. All who were granted parade permits were NG, Reservist, ROTC high school and ROTC University students. Not a Vet in the group???!!!?? Wait a minute was was the parade for again.... Oh yeah Vets day...... We were denied the permit to march...... Here we are some 34 years later and the rich are getting worse (or better depending what side of the line you stand) at Not allowing the people to public speak against the wrongs of the nation / system.

Soon the action necessary that freed this great nation will be total illegal and like it is in South America protester will never be heard of again.

By the way I am on the no fly list for those activities I was involved with whilst using my GI Bill. I never have been arrested in my life yet my plane tickets bear the SSSS stamp. If you do not understand the SSSS system please read Naomi Wolf "The End of America" and she will explain the extra treatment I receive when I fly.

I have lived in the UK for almost 26 years imagine my surprise that I was kept so late on an international flight that everyone clapped when I boarded I was so late they made me run and did not take my ticket / boarding pass from me. Remember I had to arrive at the airport 3 hours before take off international flight SFO to Heathrow. Just imagine what kind of searches they did to me over the three hours. I lost three hard drives that did not work when I returned home that hours before search help me rebuild families computers on my visit. Had they taken my ticket/boarding pass I would not today know that I am on the "no fly list".

BTW I since G8 in Seattle 1999 (I flew into SeaTac from Heathrow, as a computer specialist, to Y2K my parents computer) I landed the same day MacDonalds was trashed live on TV News. This was the first time I was held up for over an hour questioning my visit!

I now fly with my medal for valour. This is to show to those who are violating my rights know at one time I had proved my worth and peoples lives were saved and that I was one who could be counted on.

Sorry OP for slightly going off topic.

My question is what is next for those of us wanting to do what our forefathers did to protect this great nation and all of those sheeples who rely on our support to speak for them as they are too afraid?

Will protesters go missing after arrests never to be heard from again????

Cops have been for years been photographing and video taping protesters and making sure they know who the 'leaders' are. If this guy is the wearechange guy then it's no surprise that he gets snatched in such a fashion.

Ok folks - time for a review.

What exactly are we seeing here?

1) These are protests about a police-state. Period. These protests wouldn't be there if the U.S. wasn't in a POLICE STATE. Simple logic.

2) Storm Troopers - The police in these videos are dressed for urban warfare, it's just a shame the troops on the front line don't get that sort of body armour (I know they get some, it's just not enough). Why would police be dressed for urban warfare? Unless the U.S. is sliding into civil war?

3) Unconstitutional Arrests - People being bundled in unmarked, fast moving cars while the police look on? REALITY CHECK! That sort of thing happened in Late 30's Germany. It happened in the building of the Soviet Iron Curtain in places like Hungary and East Germany. It happens NOW in Somalia. What has happened to Posse Comitatum (have I spelt that right?) where the military are not allowed to police civilians? These guys sure looked military to me, no matter what any 'clever-clogs' armchair sceptic says. And since when has it been right to hit civilians with big sticks for being vocal and angry? When has it been right to kidnap civilians like this? It hasn't. No arrest procedure was followed. He wasn't handcuffed or read his rights. This should be investigated.

4) In contrast with my point above, I believe these guys 'stealing' people were actually DHS. If you're dressed in military fatigues - you're military whether or not you like it. On the battlefield you would be classed as a combatant and shot just like any other grunt. However, that doesn't disguise the fact that their Modus Operandi was not military, but rather more federal in approach. The police, rather than looking like they knew what was going on, actually looked quite shocked. With those guys dressed in military fatigues, the police seemed to almost be giving them discression based on their appearance. No ID was flashed, nor was there any badges or insignia. I think this was one of the opening shots in the coming civil war. You saw it here folks - imagine if it was you being bundled away in a car, alone, with no chance of escape, justice or access to basic human rights. Is that guy subject to rendition? Thats a scary question.

5) They're scared. We're scared. The powers that be know what's coming - we know what's coming - I think everyone knows what's coming. The question is, when will it OFFICIALLY start? Was Ian Tomlinson in the UK the first person to die because of the World Civil War that is coming? Which side will you be on? Will you be on the side that reads the writings of Jefferson, Voltaire and Thomas Paine and believes in them? Or will you be one of those who believes in 'social darwinism' and the purity of capitalistic socio-economic conditioning?

6) Finally - could the psy-ops chappy in the thread above please tip his hat, give me the nod and admit that I've spotted you. You've been caught with your pants down laddy - nothing like the smell of NLP in the morning eh?

The Para.

The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385) passed on June 18, 1878,

The statute generally prohibits federal military personnel and units of the National Guard under federal authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within the United States

With these gestapo-type snatch'n'grabs it looks like that just might be the case.

Though they might not all disappear, some will be made examples of publically.

*Nevertheless, the authoritarians are playing their hand and revealing to the Citizens and the world their true nature and intentions.

This will serve to cause more individuals to side with Liberty and the Constitution. It will serve to polarize people into the good and the bad; and it won't be long before EVERYONE knows who the bad guys are. They are revealing themselves.

More importantly is the digitalized nature of this attempted overthrow of the Constitutional Republic. Everyone involved and their level of complicity has been documented, is available and will be accessible in the future. The Nazi regime were meticulous record keepers, every role and duty and action was noted and filed away - This made prosecutions considerably easier after the war.

So whilst these paramilitaries have been hiding their faces; the pertinents of their deployment will have been documented and will be available to prosecutors when the time arrives where prosecutions can begin.

This will result in charges being levied against large groups of people, be they groups of military, contractors or police; the fact that they cannot clearly be identified means that they will probably all be charged and found guilty of something.

And while they cannot all be charged for the same crime, there undoubtedly will be plea bargains and they will turn on each other during questioning - at this point, their will be no shortage of paramilitaries looking to cut a deal with the prosecutor by turning in one of their own.

And it will be no defense to say "I was only following orders"....

....Now you are engaging in the rationalization of a most heinous police-state crime. It is dangerous when you do it openly like this.

And this is a surprise.
