Exactly. We know why the law was written, but no one cares why, they just want to use this as a pawn in the political chess game.

Your not getting the motivations behind the accusation. The extreme right wing are trying to use it to garner support. There is nothing to be gained of it for the good of the people. Since you and I can agree that his loyalties do not reside with kenya, it is a safe bet everyone else can see that as well and therefore their point that he was not born in the U.S. A. is moot.

Those that are pointing out he may not have been born in the U.S. are not doing it for the best intentions of the people of the United States. They are doing it for politically motivated reasons because they are the at the fringe end of their political spectrum, and this is the kind of stuff fringe ideologies play off of. Most people do not care, because it has no consequences for anyone but Obama.

Most of these people who are tryin to jam this down our throats also believe he is muslim. Believe he is the anti- chruist and are of an extreme right wing persuasion...Not all, but you can bet a lot of them...

Nothing else motivates them besides to remove the black muslim, antichrist from his socialist pedestal (in their minds that is what he is).

Knowing this and to choose to go along with it would be against my morals and good judgement..

But I can say one, thing this is a good forum for such a debate... Im glad to see it has not stained the MSM (Lord knows they have enough stupidity on their plate)

i call a fake, and like the opposition in the "long form certificate live birth" i need to see that "long form certificate" which backs this hoax up.

When your opponent refrains to lies and smear you know that you hit a nerve, and clearly birthers have not got anything more to come with so they will need to "produce" the evidence them self. tsk tsk tsk how low can one drop.

I don't know if Electro38 is an American or not; but if he was, he would/should understand that one of the core principles of being an American is that you do not accept authority without question. That is one of the basic ideals that our country was founded upon. We are not supposed to accept the whims and dictates of a king or tyrant as an unquestionable law.

WE are the government. WE set the rules. THEY work for us and obey OUR will. THEY answer to US. Not the other way around. Sadly, many Americans are taking the opposite attitude. Interesting to see if someone could pull copies of birth certificates for the previous birth number that is on this document and the following number.
If this is a fake there should certificate with this birth number.

Well, if she's already determined that it's authentic and all of you experts here have confirmed it, then why do we need this discussion?

And for the people who are saying my comments are off topic, you seriously don't believe there is anyone in this movement with a racial agenda?

My opinion that this is largely racially motivated isn't a valid one?

But that doesn't matter now, I guess I'll just wait for the Obama family to move out of the white house and then we'll be in much better shape.

It was stated earlier in the thread that there was a transition period. It wasn't like, one day they weren't a republic and they they were at midnight.

It's like in America. Territories don't really "become" states until July 4th. As, what I learned, that is when the get their star and their representatives in Congress. Before that though, they go through a transition period, where things get turned over from territory to state. I bet, if you found someone who was born in, let's say, Alaska before July 4th of the year Alaska ascended to statehood, their BC would say "State of Alaska", despite not being entirely true.

Not sure what you mean by your first statement kind of contradicts the rest of what you are trying to get across. But I know what you are saying.

I'll have to look into this further. Didn't know countries, state, etc. could declare themselves something they expect to be one day in the future that they are not in the present.

I wish I had visited that site before finding out about this so I could verify for myself that question. It sends up red flags for sure though.

When this thread started, I laughed hysterically for the ramifications of it all. Either way folks, this is the dividing line. Pick a side in this engineered ludicrous triangle/trinity created by generations of deliberate social manipulation.

Guessing from the speed which the Kenyan birth record info has spread, there is more going on here than meets the eye.

No one here has said to be an expert on anything! She's filed it in court. The court is going to have to decide. If it pans out to be true, there is a method to remove the president. Ticked off people going to the White House with torches and pitchforks aren't going to accomplish a whole lot.

Of course there are people with a racial agenda. Just as there were people with a racial agenda to get Obama elected in the first place. Just as there are people who want Obama to stay in office for racial reasons. I would argue though, that most of the people debating this issue have no racial motivation at all. They just want the Constitution followed and the want the inconsistencies answered.

No. Following the Constitution has nothing to do with race. Obama's being half black has nothing to do with this, largely.
