You can't hold the German people responsible for what the Nazi higher ups did. The vast majority of Germans were clueless. So, no, you can't hold the Germans back then responsible. Much like you can't hold Americans responsible for the things that the leaders choose to do.

Forgery.

The shown is February, 1964. Kenya was not known as "Republic of Kenya" until December, 1964. The date is a Saturday.....are government offices open on Saturdays?

This bothers me... Why is it that we must prove the Kenyan BC a forge, and we must prove the Hawaii BC is legit.

Just saying, it sounds like a double standard... The Hawaii BC has not been proved a forgery.

Obviously one of them is a forgery of course. It just seems strange that with one everyone yells that its a forgery even though it has been looked at by several different institutions, while the other which has been looked at by noone is claimed to be legit...

I find it hard to believe that Orly Taitz (a native Russian), who has fought so long and hard to bring this to task; would attempt to put up a forgery as proof.

You are correct. The date was forged correctly. The document is still a forgery because of the "Republic of Kenya" name.

I think some are losing the topic of the thread...

A civil action was filed on AUG 1 by Atty Taitz in the US District Court for the Central District of California Santa Anna (Southern) Division

in regards to an image of an alleged Kenyan Certified Copy of Registration of Birth which you can see here:

If there are any members who can check out the filing and relay what exactly is being requested it would be much appreciated.

So far there is a discrepancy noted in the fact that Kenya was not formally a Republic until 12DEC64 and the document in question was signed in FEB of 64 bearing the name Republic of Kenya, some are saying that this may have been done during the transition period prior to the official vote in December, however nothing has surfaced to corroborate this theory.

So, if this filing has occurred, does anyone know how long it might take for it to be heard in court? Could it be summarily rejected? Is this filing just a request to obtain an actual hardcopy of a Kenyan BC if it exists?

Well hopefully this leads to him releasing the long form, this debate is causing a rift in America and on this site... Though I fear, if he does, it will be labeled a forgery and the debate will continue...

Someone mentioned earlier that they expect some type of issue to occur that changes focus from this new BC.

My personal opinion is that this BC was released in order to occupy people while other things are done behind the scenes. Just my thoughts though.
