Photo - Obama's Kenyan Birth Certificate (political fraud)

I find it really interesting the way the document in the OP is folded -- vertically, old style as I've seen before, folded into a small square. I wonder why...... if this were a fake, the perpetrators would use that unusual, abeit old-style fold?

A semi-offtopic observation -- those of you that want to springboard off this OP to Bush-bashing..... I agree with many of your views, but this isn't the place. That dog don't hunt no more, thankfully.

I hope this document and filing is heard in court. We can all research to an extent and debate, and hopefully the debate will not be ill-mannered, however I can't imagine a Orly deciding to go with a KNOWN faked document. I have to believe that she and others on the suit believe it to be a valid document.

One other note....... those of you that believe President Obama might have been born out of the U.S. --- please, PLEASE lay off the labels: Obamatron, etc. It just makes you look like people that don't critically examine information -- it makes you look like people who couldn't possibly say "I was wrong". I can say it. If it turns out to be so that President Obama is vetted as being Natural Born, I will gladly take your "I told you so's", but in the meantime, let's debate as people all looking for the truth of things.

Wrong... McCain isn't an automatic... The dems would need to put up another candidate to run a special election after the traitor is executed.

Republic of Kenya means that if you look at the date and info ... this is a copy of the form on file ... the copy pulled soon after his birth in 1964... perhaps for his grandmother or other family member...

So, it's a copy pulled AFTER the RoK was established.

Father's age ? Perhaps they had even worse record keeping in 40's???

okay well that 1964 part clears up the RoK part...But what about the odd clues in the 47O44? ....47 years old when elected, O(bama) as the O, and 44 as the 44th president of the USA..someone is messing around with this stuff.

It wouldnt be that simple first if the president violates a law which this would qualify the house would begin impeachment precedings(this is not what every one thinks it is).The impeachment precedings if found valid by the house which i doubt they would when then go to the senate the senate will hold a trial with the chief justice present. If found guilty they have the authority to sentence him for his crime.Notice i did not say they have the authority to remove him from office.They can request his resignation and in reality would probably hve to agree. Then the vice president would assume office And the speaker of the house becomes the vice president. Now that is truly scary biden and polisi running the country!

I read on another site that it is most probubly a copy of the form on file, that was used when Obama's Mother got a divorce from his Father. She would have to had proven to the Divorce lawyer that Obama was her son, and this copy was filed in a box, and recently discovered..

I can understand the spirit of law and since this would seem to be "ineligibility after the fact" (with conspiracy to defraud ALL Americans and foreign powers) the penalties would stiff swift and OBiden would go too.

Pelosi would be interim president and either hold a special election or she may have power to appoint a new president until 2012. with no special election.

Appointment is something I'm unsure of... however, a bill could call for a special election immediately after authentication and removal of said Usurper. Execution is now a real concern.

Edit to ADD: If Pelosi (his biggest supporter) is found guilty of 'conspiracy to defraud ALL Americans' she won't be authorized to pee in a cup.

It would be quite interesting if this document proved to be legitimate. If it is he needs to be taken out of office. But that doesn't mean they won't just put someone else in that is the same or worse. I don't side with either the "birthers" (sorry to use the term) or the ones opposed to it because I couldn't even pretend to know anything about BC's and the like. All I know is that I follow the Constitution of the United States.

The Congress has the right to change the Constitution with amendments and such but yet they haven't changed the clause that says you must be a natural born citizen to be POTUS. So people who are attacking others about how it doesn't matter anymore or under what circumstances the laws were written need to be attacking their Congressmen instead of Joe Anonymous on ATS. You don't like the law? Call out the person YOU elected to be YOUR voice and stop trying to silence other peoples voices.

All I can do is take evidence from both sides of the arguement, look up the facts that both sides provide, and come up with my own conclusion. If the doc is real then why isn't anything being done with it? Lets get on with it and kick the first black American pres the hell out of the white house already.

Most of the pages of this thread are the same things repeated over and over again. It seems to me it would be better to revisit this after the court rules and if it is verified to be authentic. Otherwise this will just be more pages of the same things over and over some more.

As to the Constitution -

I don't see anything vague or hard to comprehend? I think the odds are that Obama is a natural born Citizen and that all of this is speculation, but if he is not, he most certainly is not President.

Even though I think Obama is on a path to destroy the US and recreate it into something inferior, I think it would be very bad for us if he does turn out to not be eligible for his office. It would tear this country apart.

Yes, abiding by the constitution is more important than our reputation. I'm just saying a lot of people are not going to see it that way. Minorities are going to see it as a conspiracy by the "white devil" and we are going to see a huge backlash for it.

If Obama is not legit, then by all means lets get him out of there. But things will get ugly, thinking differently is insane.

I don't think it will fall to Biden, it will either go to McCain or there will be a special election, I'm not sure on the policy for a situation like this.

On a side note, I am happy to see the Birthers finally bring forth some evidence. This is much better to debate than opinions.

I feel so privileged being part of this historic event. Somehow, we, the members of a conspiracy website forum we're the first ones to discover this doc, and without any qualifications determine it's authenticity. All happened in this internet forum.

I just stated a fact. Kenya WAS NOT a republic until Dec. 12, 1964. They gained their independence on Dec. 12, 1963 is also a fact. Now the arguement is did they have the "Repubic of Kenya" on government documents before they were actually declared a repuplic or not, is a legitimate topic. But I did not "fail" as you see it.
