British colonial certificates of that time did not have such sophisticated anti-copying marks on them & even if they did they certainly wouldn't be in Dutch or Afrikaans. That plus the blank certificate is in red ink not black.

In any event the photocopier wasn't even mainstream office equipment until probably the end of the 1960's or even 1970's in some places, so why they would introduce an anti-photocopier watermark on birth certificates in some remote outpost of the British Empire I don't know.

That one's a fake.

I've decided to weigh in not ONLY because of this new evidence but also because of the media and left wing pundits/talking heads onslaught to discredit ANYONE questioning the status of Obama and whether he is a dual citizen, born in Kenya, or any other theory out there. Not only is the media going way out of their way to ridicule anyone questioning the issue or trying to present evidence but you have google and yahoo doing whatever they can to scrub online articles on the issue and you even have people hacking a lawyers website and making it so when you go to the site your browser will tell you its "an attack site" On top of this you have the spammers on all sorts of sites making this into some sort of race issue by claiming the only reason this is being brought up is because Obama is black.

Now here is how I look at this. This is an issue of the Constitution and the rule of law. If there is anyone making a claim that a crime is being committed Obama has a right to defend himself in a court of law. That is the beauty of this country. Here is the problem here, the people don't even want this issue being taken to a court of law no matter how much evidence is being presented. So far case after case has been thrown out on technicalities and not on lack of evidence. This is NOT and SHOULD NOT be a partisan issue. We are ALL governed by the same constitution and if someone can produce evidence that a crime is being committed especially a crime of this magnitude the person making the accusations should have their pleas heard. Just because it's YOUR guy breaking the law doesn't make it legal.

I'm personally on the fence on the issue. I haven't got to see all the evidence so I really can't make an informed decision to say either way but that is why we need ALL the evidence heard on BOTH sides so we ALL can make informed judgments. This should be taken to court and we should have a battle on this issue. It is to important to continue to let this slide into some partisan point of no return. Let's let both sides present their evidence with no further delay.

Do people think he has more loyalties to Kenya than America or something?

Wasnt he raised in Indonesia? Wouldnt it be more appropriate to single out his childhood than his birth certificate as a significant indication of his loyalties?

Isnt it easy to point out the allegiances of every administration since the civil war has not been solely to the benefit people of the United States but the lobbyists that have bought the media that has gotten each President elected since then?

This whole Obama BC retoric is a joke,those of us who think an honorable person would step up and stop this mess by showing proof of his birth are called Birthers or Raciest(both words created by the Obama usefull idiots) just because we question something that doesent seem right from someone who WORKS FOR US.

You say we won't belive any proof that shows Obama is legal,how about you,are you Obama people going to belive any proof that he is not legal?The people that created this joke are haveing a good laugh and I can't but think that Obama is laughing the loudest.

The fact that Obama has let this go for so long and split the people even further apart show what a truely empty suit he is.

This is exactly what I was suggesting in one of the many many other Obama ain't da Prez threads. Why would Obama pick Biden and look at the cheap shots Biden has taken at Obama like the teleprompter incident. They are buying time for whatever reason but Obama will be leaving office before long and on that day the riots will ensue and the FEMA camps will overflow with people like sheep in a corral. See, this is what I think and am not sure other people saw it. On QVC and other sales stations they were making those painted or imaged dinner plates. They had Obama and Lincoln on them. I thought that very peculiar. Lincoln was assasssinated for creating "greenbacks" to fund the war and undermining the Rothschilds and the Central bank. There were other reasons too but..... to put Obama and Lincoln on the same plate led me to think that Obama would be assassinated, thus creating the pretext for the Martial Law and the FEMA camps to open. Then there was that rash of "alleged" plots to kill him. I thought, man is someone that stupid to buy into this crap and do the deed for the Elite?

Now we have all these BC coming to light and further creating chaos. You know the Masonic moto right? Order through Chaos....

Create the problem then offer the solution, that is what governments do. Then THEY have the power over you, what can you do, argue? They will ignore you and swat you away like a fly. How these people in government can do that without a conscience is beyond me, it's un-American and they have to know that, right?

No, he wouldn't have been born in America and therefore, ineligible. It's not a question about loyalties. My son was born here in Germany. My wife and I plan on moving back to America one day, possibly before our son is school aged. If my son got political aspirations, he couldn't become president because he's not qualified. He wasn't born in America, though he could be more loyal than I to my homeland. The same is the issue with Obama, IF it is found that he was born in another country.

When the founding fathers put the natural born clause in the Constitution though, the issue of loyal was at hand I imagine. The fear was probably that someone who grew up in Britain could become president and reunite America with the crown.

If people want to change this there is a way to do it. Just ignoring things isn't the way to go about change.

There are people that are questioning his childhood too. Mainly because he went to school in Indonesia when only Indonesians could go. But, since it's not about loyalties, it doesn't matter where he grew up. [There is a lot surrounding Indonesia and citizenship that just isn't relevant to this thread though.]
