Cant read it to get a good translation. But the place of birth being Honolulu is enough to prove where he was born.

In regards to the Berg case, he didn't have any legal standing and couldn't create one.
Any attempts to find a way to claim legal standing looked weaker than a house of cards.

Where else could they go from there?

One federal judge said the following regarding the 2008 Berg case:

In a 34-page memorandum and opinion, the judge said Berg's allegations of harm were "too vague and too attenuated" to confer standing on him or any other voters.

Surrick ruled that Berg's attempts to use certain laws to gain standing to pursue his claim that Obama was not a natural-born citizen were "frivolous and not worthy of discussion."

The judge also said the harm Berg alleged did "not constitute an injury in fact" and Berg's arguments to the contrary "ventured into the unreasonable."

So he can't even find a plausible legal avenue to twist enough to make his case seem legitimate, and not so transparently desperate and yes frivolous as to warrant the judge to even listen to.

Perhaps the fact that the very State of Hawaii has officially deemed his birth claims valid, and that both of Honolulu's major newspapers have found the actual 1961 birth announcements will be even more of a reason to look at any of these legal attempts as nothing more that a bit looney.

Unless the state of Hawaii, the Honolulu Advertiser and the Star Bulletin from 1961, and the U.S. judicial system are all in on this scam to have a democrat stay in office for at least four years.

Keep focusing on the non-issues, because that is the way we really make change happen in America.

Can anybody show me Maya Soetoros supposed "Hawaiian" short form birth certificate? Or whether she said she had a short form birth certificate? Its going to take alot more than what some blog supposedly claims. If you guys can show me Maya Soetors short form birth certificate or whether she said she has an Hawaiian birth certificate I will take into consideration that this is fishy. Iv searched everywhere however and yet most of the blogs claim so, they dont back it up with anything, so if anybody can show me, be much appreciated.

Technically Maya Soetoro should not have a short form birth certificate because the law for foreign children attaining a short form, that is statute 338, was only introduced in 1982. Lolo Soetoro was born in 1970 in Indonesia. So as I said, show us her short form birth certificate if there is anything to claim of.

Well thats interesting. Apparently this claim can be traced back all the way to one of Bergs suits. Berg claimed that Maya Soetoro has an Hawaiian short form birth certificate.... he then sourced this information from the infamous "techdude". The mysterious individual behind a blog name who had absolutly no credentials and nothing to prove of his claim.

So.... essentially we have a pile of fringe blogs accusing Obama of forgery or further bringing in some supposed evidence that "Obama could have attained a short form even if he was born off US soil" well before statute 338 which allowed that was introduced in 1982 in Hawaii... by matching this to the fact Maya Soetoro had a short form Hawaiian birth certificate... however this claim was created out of thin air from "techdude".... who has nothing to show for it. I cant seem to find any statements from Maya either. Berg brought this exact case to trial but he failed because he had nothing to show for it like Techdude. So correct me if Im wrong here, essentially the claim that Maya has a short for Hawaiian birth certificate at all is based on... well "nothing". Are you serious?

If anybody would like to prove me wrong here by all means. If this does prove to be true its a serious matter.

How can we not take charge and find a way to truly get to the depth of the issue? He may be a naturalized citizen, or even a US citizen, but this right here is illegal. A federal offense...yet no one does or says a damn thing...what a passive time we live in. I guess those who are asleep get what they deserve..

Actually I rarely do use it, if you can reference any of my arguments where i have used it would be much appreciated. By the way:

A) The founder of factchecker was a republican and a staunch reagan supporter.

B ) Its ironic you criticize me for using factchecker when your all over WND, israeli insider and all those other fringe websites that offer little to no evidence to back up their claims.

In 1980 he had not ideal he would some day become President of the United States.
If he were to have been questioned about his not registering, with selective services, at that time he would have simply said man I was born in Amnesia man I'm ineligable.
