Emphasis mine. She never said anything about pulling a physical form out of a file cabinet and inspecting it. She said she inspected the certificate they have on record in accordance with Hawaiin policies and procedures.

What are Hawai'i's policies and procedures? To store birth certificates in electronic form and print out a COLB when a party with a tangible interest requests it.

She says she has seen the original, which was filed in accordance with state law.

I have answered your questions, now let's see if you can answer mine...

Why is it you don't believe: 2 birth announcements in two separate papers (one issued by relatives and one issued by the hospital), a COLB, the statement from Hawaiin officials clearly stating he is a natural born citizen, and the testimony from someone who remembers Obama's birthday?

Why do you throw your belief behind blogs that talk talk about how Jews are evil, the holocaust is a myth, and African Americans are dirty, and dismiss sources that counter the Kenyan birth myth?

I have seen one, and they could have easily been put in after the fact . . . i.e. he is born elsewhere then moved to Hawaii between 08/04 and 08/13.

Y'know, we'd all probably be satisfied with the easily reproduced COLB put online months ago, if it weren't for the myriad of other inconsistencies surrounding the past of Barack Obama. The foreign exchange student that is a natural born citizen with 183 social security numbers and 478 places of simultaneous residence, who's home village in Kenya is erecting a monument at his other place of birth.

Without all that rust, the COLB would be more than satisfactory. Add all the other discrepancies though, and people want what he has sealed, to be unsealed, and they want to know why he'd seal it, then show us a reproduction. Any free-thinking individual would want the same.

Face it. It is a FACT that the argument that he is a natural born citizen doesn't hold any more water than the argument that he's not. And on top of that, nobody is even arguing that he's not, we're just wondering why he's so hesitant to take 37 seconds out of his day, to have one of his aides take 4.3 minutes out of their day, and unseal the records that will give us a real picture of his past. It is clear he's hiding something. As the populous that voted him into the highest seat in the land, we have a right to this type of information.

The question is not so much "where were you born", as most "anti-birthers" would claim, but rather "what are you hiding". He didn't seal the original birth record because it looks just like the COLB on factcheck, and he didn't seal his college records because he got a C in political science. So what's in there that he doesn't want us to see? It blows my mind, especially after Bush, that there's anyone at all, who doesn't want answers to these questions.

Also mention that you would like to see how old Obama's vault copy of his original birth certificate, if he has one, is. This will tell instantly if it has been faked or reproduced. Did you even read the article? Did you see the pictures of the birth certificate? They are clearly talking about the original COLB that you don't think is good enough proof. Try reading the article instead of quote mining

The Hawaii Department of Health's birth record request form does not give the option to request a photocopy of your long-form birth certificate, but their short form has enough information to be acceptable to the State Department. Is the article a little clearer for you now, or do you still think they are talking about a physical, long form BC? If you do, then I'm honestly at a loss as to how to show you any further that they are specifically and repeatedly referring to the COLB that was printed in 2007. Nearly their entire article and the accompanying pictures are specifically talking about FactCheck inspecting the COLB. I don't know how to say it any clearer.

If you can show me the documents where he legally changed his name to Barry Soetoro from Barack Hussein Obama and then from Barry Soetoro back to Barack Hussein Obama I will believe you.
