In a way, its sad, but in other ways...economy wise... Gaza deserves it, when they receive something they always beg for more. I think the Israeli's got PO'ed this time and are going to try and kill them.

What the hell does that mean, economy wise gaza deserves it. How can any unarmed human being deserve this. Its a war crime plain and simple, just like Bushs war on terror.

[edit on 11-1-2009 by TheKingsVillian]

What I mean is, when Gaza gets something they ask for more.
Gaza and Israel have been fighting for over a 1000 years. With today's technology and Gaza's weak defense's, Gaza may get taken over by Israeli forces.

The state of Isreal is land given to the jews in 1947 by England and the United nations, sooooooooo many nations have kicked the Jews ass it isnt funny, Egypt, Rome Babylon to name a few.
The more they stir the Arab world the more likely one day they will be wiped clean of the face of this earth.

Do you mean like they were going to be when the Arab nations ganged up on Israel a number of times before? You know like the Six Day War an The Yom Kippur War?

Maybe Israel came in with nukes, and the cam went out as a result. I think this could be it!!! Either they nuked gaza, or they sent in special ops and clandestinely took out the cam. Although, I've heard that its an Israeli feed to begin with, this could be a cover story or propaganda to justify the nukes.

Yeah, I remember that too. Only this is a little more surreal, no commentary, just sounds and flashes.

No, it's real. I'm under my desk now. This is the most annoying thread I've ever seen here, and I'm sure the mods are gagging. I've been peeking in the discussion here out of morbid curiosity to see what I already know. All the sudden everybody is an expert, an arms monitor, a four star General, a peace negotiator, and a war crimes specialist all rolled into one; the status being granted by a grainy webcam feed.

Its also a little odd to hear the normal sounds of a bustling city mixed in
like horns honking and such, but i guess after awhike of being hunkered down in the basement i would eventually say ok im goin out for a pizza or beer or something.

I actually doubt that Israel hit Gaza with nukes, given the proximity of Gaza to Israel, and not to mention the amount of Israeli troops in the area. But, you never know.

Maybe they took them out, because they want to drop bombs in that area where the cameras are, what we've seen so far was fairly sanitary and maybe the reason they were left alone, it really didn't look that bad, perhaps they have all the action behind clouds of phosphorus?
Anyway, they don't want to drop their bombs and have the world see how much of a Bully they are, the cameras had to go.

Of course, maybe someone just tripped over a wire and the technician is coming over to find the right hole to plug it back in?

Hmmm, getting visuals, a 'video lock error' a least we can potentially still get something?

I don't think anyone here has proclaimed themselves an expert!
I personally feel the news puts such a propoganda taste
on all we hear on television here in the US.
It really is hard to see the reality of the situation.
I see all of the Palistian people at the food relief trucks
and hate the situation they are in, but then I feel for Isreal
surrounded by countries that will not only NOT recognise
their right to exist, but blame them for all the evils in their lives
While madmen run amuck, Hiding under their women and children ,
offering NOT themselves as sacrafice for their beliefs, but
brainwashing their children to do the evil for them.

The feed took me to the sounds of reality........

no matter which side of the fence you stand on!

OMG! And what is worst is the people here waxing poetically about the surrealism of rooster sounds juxtaposed with the banging sounds of war. All the sudden everybody is some high-concept poet too. I swear, If I were Henry David Thoreau, I'd forget the rooster and run, or worry about my family or something.
