These are not 'file images', this is happening now as reported in a Fox News Article

It does not appear to be a weapon that targets things.

One Israeli airstrike killed two Hamas militants and another unidentified man, while another flattened a five-story building in northern Gaza, killing at least seven people, including an infant, Hamas security officials said.

It also does not appear to be targeting unless one is to believe a 5 story building is a Hamas weapons and aircraft factory. Neither side is targeting, hence the conflict. Israel just has bigger weapons.
