I'm not sure what to make of this not sure at all, but it seems to me the more and more I read that the government would be fed up with this sort of business. I mean since when is all-natural food supposed to be discounted anyway and readily supplied to anyone willing to go through the application process!!!!

Armed men and SWAT can be very different things.
Probably just a robbery with good costumes, free food.
Take the other stuff and make it look official.

I've also noticed that this website contains a link to www.healthfreedomusa.org , this website is dedicated to making healthy organic foods and products readily available to the public this is the most recent article where they are asking for public outcry in order to stop the FDA here is a snip it of the article:

Well the family claims to have been staked out by a man for weeks leading up to the activity but I am quite positive this was not a robbery. The first article gave me the impression it was FDA.

Ya there's a number of different outlets should could have used the easiest, the cell phone, which you mentioned. I personally would just go to a friends house.

I don't think posting the IP address is such a good idea in this case.

Sure you can trace it back to a location but um I would just u2u him the IP address.

If it was authorities that were talking to you and you traced that IP address they could potentially tag you and could be drummed up to an interfering with investigation charge.

That being said I highly doubt it is but blindly going after an IP address could be bad. Last thing you need is to be knocking on the front door of a CIA proxy server (worse case scenario).

I can't be charged with anything my personal email is information for me to use as I see fit. Anything in my personal email bin has become my property and I can post any information about it free from slander. If this is to change I'm sure the government will let me know, and at that point I'll let my lawyer know. Also I believe if this were a government owned IP I wouldn't be able to access that information. If the person also wanted to be able to sue me for this information they would have had to post a disclaimer in the original email asking me to keep this private. Also you could obtain this information by yourself by emailing the company per their public website and then just simply wait for the reply.

People's houses don't just get raided for no reason. It is not like the government picks a place and says "we are gonna find a reason to go in there and take everything from them." There is a reason they went in. There is a reason they were watching them. There is probably more to this story.

They must have violated some USDA law. But why not just send an agent to investigate rather than terrorize the family as if they are drug dealers?

Lokey. I ask, as well as a few others, where the swat raid idea came from.

Your own OP clearly says "armed men." Which is most likely a couple of USDA special agents. Yes they have them. Yes they are armed.

Armed men makes her sounds a little uncertain of who did it.

This is the original article that led me to email the family, original article. This article states SWAT and thats why I've been saying it but in all actuallity it was probably some other sort of organization; we will call them armed men until that is clarified although this article leads toward FDA like you have already insinuated.

Also this website that I put in a previous post, I feel may have something to do with all of this: link. I also think everyone should fill out the comment form on the bottom of the link to stop the FDA from making this a law, I believe it has been extended till may 2009. It deals with natural remedies being labled as drugs by the FDA.

I am going to find the local jurisdiction and try to get the logs\report on the raid.. as soon as I do. I will post the reports here.

Non-Industrialized beef - lamb - chicken... hum, what in this Industrialized meats - that would prompt such a blatant disreguard for our way of life. who says my meat has to come from one of those infested meat packing plants in the mid-west.... I hate bugs in me meat products. and I think a small rural ORGANIC MEAT would not prompt such a massive armed response. after all where is the danger of being killed by T-Bone.

There is good bugs and bad bugs... and my understanding is the GOVT plans on Irradiating all meat products to kill all bugs... hum, wonder what the long term effects will be... Cancer's - MalNutricion - anything...

what about hunters are they not going to be allowed to eat what they hunted...? what the difference...?
My neighbor gave me a hind qtr pig they caught the other weekend. do I need to send the meat to be tested before I consumed it... well lock my butt up.... I eat wild game and I have no Idea what exotic dieases this porker had - but it sure was good... yum yum ... I think this has to do with money and markets more than public safety... what do you think

Real farmers dont keel over from eating their own food

The only REAL problem has been the Govt/ corporation food supply!

I have tryed to search throuugh local logs for this information already, hopefully you will have better luck then me but the Legrange, OH police website does not yet have online records. I coouldn't find any similair report from the city page either. But best of luck hopefully you find a crumb I left behind.
