Im not sure if anyone else caught this, but I was watching CNN on Sunday and they were talking about some sort of new legislation that the USDA and some other gov agencecies are trying to pass that will allow the Feds to tax ranchers and dairy farmers up to $1500 per animal per year to offset the negative impact that the animals gas releases are having on the Earth's atmosphere.
(P) “Retail dealer” or “retail butcher” means any place of business where the sales of products are made to consumers only, at least seventy-five per cent of the total dollar value of sales of products represents sales to household consumers, and the sales of products to consumers other than household consumers do not exceed the adjusted dollars limitation for annual retail sales published in the Federal Register by the food safety and inspection service in the United States department of agriculture.
(H) In addition to any remedies provided by law and irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate remedy at law, the director may apply to the court of common pleas of the county in which a violation of sections 918.01 to 918.12 of the Revised Code or rules adopted under those sections occurs for a temporary or permanent injunction or other appropriate relief concerning the violation.

I have called and left a message for John & Jacqueline Stowers, giving them my personal cell number for the ATS MIX show to contact me. One, to see if Katie Stowers is a real person and did in fact respond to the OP and two, to see if their attorney will allow them to talk to Johnny and I regarding this incident and get to the facts of this story.
I will keep everyone advised in this thread.

From official Cleveland OH news:
"The problem is these people on the Internet, from who knows where, were not there," said sheriff's Capt. Richard Resendez. "They make up all these innuendoes and create all these issues that are basically not true."
One of the highly charged postings reads: "SWAT team with semiautomatic rifles . . . herded the family onto the couches in the living room, and kept guns trained on parents, children, infants and toddlers, from approximately 11 AM to 8 PM."
Another says: "It reeks of police state, lack of Constitutional Rights, and excessive use of force." Yet another site adds a photo of a SWAT team with guns pointed. The SWAT photo is from Long Beach, Calif.
Resendez said four deputies conducted the search over three or four hours - not the nine claimed on some sites. There was no SWAT team and no semiautomatic weapons.
"We don't even have semiautomatic weapons," he said.

Yeah, I don't believe the official story at all!! I was skeptical from the moment I read it. Maybe they are NOT speaking out, because they are lying...well grossly exaggerating on what really happened and they know they will be caught.
I have to side with the "exaggerated and fabricated" story. *Fail*

It is true they want to impose a tax. It was posted elsewhere on ATS a short time ago. I can't remember the thread though.
