I would hope the constitution is followed and Obama is vetted properly. He will not be a popular president after he takes a number of unpopular actions he has planned.

However we are operating under martial law, the constitution was suspended so the bailouts and transfer of power to the Treasury could occur. Therefore the courts could allow Obama to enter office even as a non-citizen.

The Constitutions says a natural born citizen and thats what it means...we don't throw out the constitution because he's black....besides you didn't vote for Obama you voted for the democratic delegates in your state to go to the electoral college Dec 15....if for any reason it is found out that Obama is not a natural born citizen then they could vote somebody else in.If he is voted in by the electoral college and it is found out 6 months from now that he is not a citizen then what ever he signed into law will be void.

Wouldn't it be better for Obama just to show us his birth certificate and get it over with.....????

Where is the proof?

"IF" seems to be the word of the day.

This has been going on since well before the election and there has yet been a case made with compelling evidence to show that Obama should be disqualified.

But since so many are convinced let us wait and see what happens, lets see if the electoral college will throw out the votes of millions of people, and lets see what happens IF they do.

At some point we are all going to have to come together as a nation no matter what, we can't afford to waste any time, time that could serve the people better focused on REAL issues that will soon have great impact on EVERYONE regardless of race or economic status.

If Obama did fake his BC, why would he have done such an absolutely lousy job of it? Do you really think these people who have claimed it as a forgery, who aren't experts at forgeries or birth certificates, would somehow so easily debunk a BC that a master specialist in forged documents made?

Don't get me wrong, I love debating politics, but I don't feel like I'm debating anything when it's the same flawed logic and leaps of assumption used over and over again. If this issue doesn't die soon, I sincerely hope it's because some new and true evidence comes out.

Let me break it down so you might understand the concept better. If your mother is a legal US citizen so are you..it matters not where on the planet she happens to give birth to you. Let's say your mom was in Mexico for vacation when she gave birth to you, that doesn't make you a Mexican.
Barak's mother was a legal citizen at the time of his birth. It's irrefutable and well documented.

The 14th amendment is a legal amendment ratified by all 50 states. It changes the natural born citizen clause does it not?

Then please explain why the US Senate had to pass a resolution declaring John McCain a Natural Born citizen? He was born to 2 American citizens on a US military base in Panama.

Here is the deal

If the BC is a phoney, then the powers that want him in office will dig him out of it, if that were thier agenda.

If the BC is a phoney, and this is actually an orchestrated ploy as an excuse to manufacture the CRISIS of Martial Law, thru civil unrest. Riots in the streets would be a perfect excuse for this.

These people are too many steps ahead .... there are no chances in the script of the Elite. The actors are who they need to be, and so are the PROPS. This Birth Cert (prop on this stage ) is an issue icreating the unrest with the population that feeds their martial law agenda.

Does it matter whether the Constituion is Upheld? It should.

But ultimately what goes down is what the Ruling Elite have already orchestrated.

Now be a good bit player and resume your acting out of the Agenda of the Global Elite, (who put Obama on the stage anyway)

If they can rig Bush's election, they can slip thru a good fake BC too.

Its time to stop asking WHAT (BC fake?) and start to ask WHY THIS SITUATION IS BEING ALLOW TO UNFOLD.

Senate resolutions do not have the force of law. The resolution was simply the Senate saying they support the fact that McCain is a natural born citizen.

I found this little tidbit of the article interesting:

The resolution introduced today states: "Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a 'natural born Citizen’ under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States."

"It is silly for anyone to argue that Senator McCain is not eligible to become president," said McCaskill in a written statement. "I would hope that this is something we can all agree on, for goodness sakes."

Since 1964, two other Republican presidential candidates, born outside U.S. borders, dealt with this question.

Sen. Barry Goldwater, R-Ariz., was born in a U.S territory that later became the State of Arizona. Former Michigan Gov. George Romney was born in Mexico to parents born in the U.S.

About the resolution

Why didn't they pass a resolution for Obama? Because he was born in Hawaii! Dun dun duuuuuuun.

I believe McCaskill, Leahy, Obama, Clinton, Coburn, and Webb sponsored the resolution.

I'd like to see this resolution you speak of.

McCain was born in the city of Colon in the Republic of Panama thereby establishing McCain as native-born to the Republic of Panama and a naturalized citizen of the United States.

So in your argument neither canidate is eligable for the office of President?



However your distinction between natural born citizen and US citizen is correct.

No. It only gave the SLAVES equal rights to those enjoyed by Natural Born citizens. In other words, it took SLAVERY out of the hands of the slave owners in the several southern states and gave them over to the United States Government in Washington D.C. It is their place they call HOME. That little 12x12 mile tract of land called Washington D.C.

Senate Resolution

It's not that I don't think either one is ineligible. Though I didn't vote for either, I like the fact that the response to questions regarding McCain's status was to clarify it.

In Obama's case, he just seems to be ignoring the questions. It raises a red flag when a politician, soon to be POTUS dances the sidestep!

I find that to be a very narrow interpretation of the 14th. That may very well have been it's intent..but it's meaning is much broader IMO.

A ton of True Americans just wanted what was right regarding both of Bushe's stolen elections but didn't get satisfaction The right wing neocons showed the world how to do it and get away with it.
