Obama Forgery Exposed (Dr. Polarik Official Use)

Those who are going on and on about this affair seem to be demanding over and over that which has already been given. "Why won't Obama make his birth certificate available for independent inspection?" He has and you can read all about it here Fact Check.org -- Born in the USA which reads in part

In June, the Obama campaign released a digitally scanned image of his birth certificate to quell speculative charges that he might not be a natural-born citizen. But the image prompted more blog-based skepticism about the document's authenticity. And recently, author Jerome Corsi, whose book attacks Obama, said in a TV interview that the birth certificate the campaign has is "fake."

We beg to differ. FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship. Claims that the document lacks a raised seal or a signature are false. We have posted high-resolution photographs of the document as "supporting documents" to this article. Our conclusion: Obama was born in the U.S.A. just as he has always said.

Update, Nov. 1: The director of Hawaii’s Department of Health confirmed Oct. 31 that Obama was born in Honolulu.

What other possible evidence do you need other than an independent verification of the original which confirmed that the odd stuff that everyone was pointing fingers at was the result of processing images for the web. And the agency that issued the certificate has confirmed that they did so and it is valid. What more do you need? Actually, I do understand this thinking "My mind is made up so don't try to confuse me with facts."

I think the weight of evidence and withholding of the same points to only once conclusion. This is one of those rare benign conspiracies.

The Democrats, so caught up in the rapture of having a winning presidential candiate, failed to do their homework and double check his documentation, and it reached the point of no return early in the year.

Now it's just too embarrassing, brings such a loss of face, and could be so damaging on so many levels, it will not be addressed.

This will get batted around on the edges, but like the questionable Florida miscount, get swept under the rug.

Obama may technically not have qualified to be president - but he was elected.

If the Certificate Factchecks.org examined meets every requirement the US STATE DEPARTMENT needs for proof of citizenship what other argument can there be?

Maybe this whole "fake birth certificate" thing is part of a larger agenda?

Imagine the riots and civil unrest that would take place if the Supreme Court said Obama was not constitutionally eligible for the presidency. This country would face a grave situation and in my opinion may be the reason Obama was even allowed to run for president.

Obama found not eligible --> riots and civil unrest --> marshall law --> Bush enjoys his stay for however long he wants.

Who knows..

Either way though, I do think this issue is important and I dont see how people can say it doesn't matter. If a sports team won a championship by cheating, wouldn't that matter? This essentially the world series of politics. While I do believe the people did vote for him, and he legitimately won, if he is found to be ineligible then I cannot give him my support.

Essentially, he would be a cheater as well as a liar. Do we really want someone of that character as our President? I really hope the answer isn't "I don't care."

I lived in Los Angeles during the riot's in 1992, and I can garantee this, it's not something you want happening across the nation. However, that's one explosion you can count on for sure. By the way, this would also be a great occation for the powers that be, to implement the FEMA nationwide emergency plan. Why not, the camps are already in place.

Concentrate and focus. Thousands of families are already living in tents and under bridges, because of the recession. All along there's the constant confusion and worry of where you'll be in a year from now. Maybe layed off work, can't meet the morgage payments or tuitions for the kids.

Believe me, there will be plenty to fight for in the months and years to come. Not only in america, but also in Denmark, where I live, europe and the rest of the world.

This is like a chronic posting trying to say Bush rigged the last (2) elections. This is water over the bridge. The guy was elected our president and it seems to me he's pretty darn intelligent compared to the guy who's been in office the past (8) years. Let me be the devil's advocate in this case... So we find out he was born in another country, will that be beneficial to the country? We're facing enormous problems in our country and around the world. It's the last thing we need to divert are attention from the issue at hand. People who continue to find fault with this guy are either racist or from the opposite party who are upset with the loss. I find it hard to believe his place of birth wasn't scruitinized before the start of the primaries or for that matter durring the final election. The way I look at it, the fault would be with the committee who was responsible to research his birth. Too late, get over it and hope this guy can turn things around in a positive direction.

I think that, if they want to do it the right way, they would have to do elections again. Why? Because they simply can't ignore the votes of the 52% of people who voted for Obama, isn't that called basically disenfranchisement?

I guess what I'm trying to say is, that the best course of action would be to hold elections again so the 52% of Obama voters can have a chance to vote again for a candidate that IS LEGALLY qualified to be president.

The US Supreme Court will run a closed door hearing on the Obama Birth Certificate Question on December 5th, scheduled by Justice Thomas.

If they decide that the case in question has merit, the Court will schedule a hearing immediately. Justice Souter has already notified the DNC and Obama to produce a "Vault Copy" of the Birth Certificate, not a Certificate of Live Birth because they are not the same, by December 1st, 2008. If Obama and the DNC fail to produce said document, then my guess is that on December 5th when the Justices are in their closed door meeting, they could rule that the Obama win in the election is null and void, and order the Electoral College to declare McCain the winner on their day of voting on December 10th, 2008 , due to Obama's ineligability to run due to a failure to produce a legal document to prove and verify his birth as a US citizen.

If this happens, you can just about count on their being RIOTS all over the states and in other parts of the world. We would probably have "Martial Law" declared by Pres. Bush to subdue the violence that will erupt.

Lets talk hypothetically. An American gets transferred oversease. He takes his wife along. She delivers a baby overseas. Does it mean that the baby is not American citizen or if the baby grows up, that person cannot be the president of USA. Thousands of American work oversease, I never heard that their kids cannot be American. So why people are dwelling on Mr. Obama's naturalization. Is the government dumb that they cannot address the issue. After all presidency is a very sensitive job. The issue is, that he possibly is a citizen of another country, not the US.

American Service members whoes baby's are born on a military base hold the same qualifications as if they were born in the US. Not always the case, but mostly true and depending on country, they can have duel citizenship, which bars them I believe.

Oh, and I dont go telling people to respect the wishes of those who voted for Obama whilst ignoring the wishes of the Millions who didnt. Look at the county by county map of who really did vote for Obama. If you want to play it that way. McCain clearly won, since he got the vast majority of the County's in the US.

I think something is screwy with this whole issue. It should be investigated, but in the meantime, He is the President Elect and should be respected as such.

Telling people to knock it off is very unpatriotic. It is a RIGHT to question things as well as it is an OBLIGATION. You should question things and not just blindly do what you are told.

Obama's win will not be nullified, even if the court finds he is not an American citizen. I realize that this what many folk are hoping for, that absolutely do not want him as their president, but it's not going to happen for many reasons already stated in this thread.

He's a naturalized citizen regardless of place of birth. The 14th amendment pre-empts the 'natural born citizen' clause..might try giving that one a read.

If it were, do you not think McCain et all, would have moved this to the courts as quickily as their little neo con hands would take them. Wow, doesnt say anything about if the Parents are Citizens, does it. By the way, crossing the border and pooping out a baby does not a citizen make. That is an often abused method used by illegal aliens and ignored by legislature. Now its presidence.

The electoral college is not going to change its votes. Obama has won the majority of the needed electoral votes, as well as the popular vote, he has already met ALL requirements and will be (is) President of the United States of America. He will provide any necessary documents to the courts if requested... I am sure you know this as well?

This fantasy will all go away soon enough, yet for those who wish to cling to doubt there will always be enough disinformation to satisfy.

The more immediate problems this country now faces will not fade away and will require unity as well as bipartisanship to fix.

We can waste time on this or move on, be magnanimous, unite and support our elected leader and his administration, or continue to fall from greatness while watching the descent accelerate to a fatal rate in short time.

The choice is in each of us.
