Yes All aircrafts are required to be tracked.. but to say ALL AIRCRAFT are tracked by the FAA is ludricious.. so you are saying if the military has a top secret aircraft they will let the FAA track it?
I guess that's why the military has areas of restricted airspace, so they can fly their secret aircrafts without being watched.

3-4-5. Military Operations Areas a. MOAs consist of airspace of defined vertical and lateral limits established for the purpose of separating certain military training activities from IFR traffic. Whenever a MOA is being used, nonparticipating IFR traffic may be cleared through a MOA if IFR separation can be provided by ATC. Otherwise, ATC will reroute or restrict nonparticipating IFR traffic. b. Examples of activities conducted in MOAs include, but are not limited to: air combat tactics, air intercepts, aerobatics, formation training, and low-altitude tactics. Military pilots flying in an active MOA are exempted from the provisions of 14 CFR Section 91.303(c) and (d) which prohibits aerobatic flight within Class D and Class E surface areas, and within Federal airways. Additionally, the Department of Defense has been issued an authorization to operate aircraft at indicated airspeeds in excess of 250 knots below 10,000 feet MSL within active MOAs.

Hmm. What's fluoride in the water got to do with "chemtrails"?
I'll tell ya.
Nothin.
You're just trying to muddy the waters here.
There are no "mystery planes" either. They are just removed from the logs prior to the info bein released. Don't u read this stuff before quoting it?"
A member from germany said that if they wanted to poison us they would do it through our water supply. I was responding to that.
Also there may be a connection:
" Research shows the amount of barium in our atmosphere exceeds by 8 times the level deemed safe for humans to breathe.
Aluminum is a protoplasmic poison and a pernicious and persistent neurotoxin. Aluminum affects diverse metabolic reactions.
Aluminum is Toxic to Osteoblasts and Directly Inhibits Skeletal Mineralization.
Fluoride Exacerbates Aluminums Inhibition of Mineralization
Fluoride Helps Aluminum Cross the Blood-Brain Barrier.
Fluoride ions in the presence of trace amounts of aluminum are able to act with powerful pharmacological effects.

Many top secret crafts have operated beyond restricted airspace.. take for example the blackbird.. So you are basically asserting the blackbird left its transponder ON when doing reconnissence flights to Russia during the cold war???

3-2-2. Class A Airspace a. Definition. Generally, that airspace from 18,000 feet MSL up to and including FL 600, including the airspace overlying the waters within 12 nautical miles of the coast of the 48 contiguous States and Alaska; and designated international airspace beyond 12 nautical miles of the coast of the 48 contiguous States and Alaska within areas of domestic radio navigational signal or ATC radar coverage, and within which domestic procedures are applied.

Totally a double-post but I feel this is important knowledge on the topic.
If my first hand experiences are anything to go by, the account is true. The planes which leave contrails around New York State are always pure white in color, leave massive smoke trails which obviously spread across the entire sky, and look very much smaller than commercial airliners. Often these mystery planes fly very low as well!
My scary experience:
I was deeply studying chemtrails in high school and started to freak out on them even harder when I saw multiple instances of UFO discs flying next to the planes spaying the dust. Then, one day while we were outside playing hacky sack looking at chemtrails, one of the planes flew no higher than 150 meters above my highschool spraying the same chemical. It was no way high enough to produce ice crystals, and it was a sunny warm day as well.
This is just my 2 cents, but I would gladly state it under oath with my hand on the Bible.

Now I have to read for you too?
It means that aircraft flying above 60,000 feet are not required to fly IFR. It means that aircraft flying outside of designated international airspace are not required to fly IFR.

According to Ms. Garland most commercial brands of antiperspirants and deodorants contain either aluminum chlorohydrate or aluminum zirconium. These compounds are very soluble and are readily absorbed by the body. Once in the body, the aluminum portion of the molecule ionizes, forming free radical aluminum (Al+++) This passes freely across cell membranes and forms a physical plug, that when dissolved is selectively absorbed by the liver, kidney, brain, cartilage and bone marrow. It is this concentration of aluminum that has been the source for concern in the medical community, and has prompted the research being done on Alzheimer's disease and Breast Cancer victims. The human body has a few areas that it uses to purge toxins: Behind the knees, ears, groin area and armpits. The toxins are purged in the form of perspiration.
Indeed, government figures released last year that show small drops in deaths from most of the nation's leading killers between 2000 and 2004 — even as deaths attributed to Alzheimer's disease increased 33%.

Ok fluoride is getting way off topic here...but I gotta ask, since fluoride has been added to water supplies since the 1940's, what detrimental effects has it had on an entire generation of people?
