WOOOOW

I want a copy to study...

What I fail to understand is how can such an impact not cause more mayhem????

How can I download this?

Dude.. it was not this amazing nor that huge, cameras and videos always make things out to be like 5x brighter (A.K.A. more amazing!). The fireball I saw was about twice the size of the moon, and yes it was bright but not like atom bomb bright lol.

You're right, I shouldn't have said "hit the earth", replace with "explosion"

I did say I wasn't a meteorologist.

Well today's giant flash in the sky has shown me one thing that puzzles me the most.....

Why are the people so ugly on Canada's news?

Lucille Smalley - "I was at Canadian Tire on 178st and 100 ave in the Westend when the sky lit up a huge yellow/orange fireball with a tail came from northwest and went across the sky to the southeast quadrant of Edmonton. Just before it looked like it may have landed it seemed to explode or difuse itself in a green/white mass of light. Awesome to see...not a falling star...that's for sure."

Well from what all I've been reading, we won't know what it is until we get actual pics of where it landed. I'm keeping my mind open - but mostly because I have no way of getting my bum up to Canada to see for myself.

I'm not sure what I saw to be honest. All I could think was "wow... this is going to actually hit the ground, and it's huge!!" I was so worried it would hit my husband

Instead of just burning out though, I saw a BIG bright flash, like an explosion... I assumed it hit somewhere because the flash came after it went out of my sight ((behind the buildings), but I was in the middle of the city, so hard to say.

She's right about one thing, it wasn't a falling star.
Those tend to be big.

the thing im just trying to say is that yes, it looked huge, but often times what we see as being VERY close to earth isnt actually as close as what we might think...and thats why eyewitness reports are all saying it LANDED in various spots...but no one has confirmed a definite landing site yet...i cant wait to find out where it did land, but the problem with something like this is that it LOOKS like it hits from various points of view, but it could actually have hit many many miles away...not sure if im making it clear, i sound jumbled to myself
sorry, ive been following this stuff ever since my sister called me earlier tonight

I tried searching "meteor" videos myself on YouTube, and sure enough, hacker mike's seemingly infinite supply of nonsensical ramblings came up, just like you guys are talking about. I also got at least one hacker mike video when I searched for "Canada fireball."

I don't know why you guys are wondering how he's managing to upload a video every second, without being logged in. He's a hacker! In fact -- and I'm no hacker, but I know a thing or two about code -- if you actually look at the content on his site that you posted a link to, you'll find that it seems to be the code for a massive YouTube hack, probably the very same hack that he's using! Here's a chunk of one line of code:

Failed extracting session token, YouTube might have redesigned!";

And here's another bit, from what looked like part of the login hack:

Youtube username/login as neither defined nor passed as an argument\n";
print "Use -l switch to specify the username\n";

It looks to me like this hacker is just trying to show off his new YouTube hack, and wants to provide it "generously" to the rest of the hacking community via his website that you already linked to. The thing is, if he started this hack two days ago, and has keywords like "meteor" and "Canada fireball" directing searches to his crap, and if it's true that whatever this fireball thing was, they saw it coming a day or so ahead of time, then could "Hacker Mike" be part of a bigger picture that we're just not seeing??

Fascinating stuff. Guess I better flag this one.

Me thinks this was a staged event.

Holographic in nature?

CNN and other media stations have recently had some of their hosts and guests as holographic projections. This would be a first and I must say that it is quite some timing. Perhaps they are subconsciously preparing the world for another "War of the worlds event?" The supposed staged alien attack (battle) on earth is any day now and it would make birth via project blue beam on steroids.

Now this appears to be (perhaps) a test event to set the stage or even experiment on the worlds reactions to said event. We know that UFO and alien TV shows have been popping up everywhere as of late and more so now than ever: UFO hunters, UFO files, Lary king live, Womens network, ABC specials, etc.

Call me crazy (thank you for the compliment) but I think that I am on to something.

So let me get this straight. you saw a fireball that was 2 times the size of the moon and it wasn't that amazing.

Considering you mentioned you have seen an atom bomb go off and it wasn't as bright as that, i guess the atom bomb would have been more amazing so this isn't that cool.

If I saw a fireball cross the sky that was 2 times the size of the moon no matter what it was I would say that's pretty damn amazing.

I can verify the "intermittent" flashes - I was driving north of Edmonton at the time, and I saw to the east what I initially thought was lightning flashes. There was three, possibly four flashes that lit up the east sky. Before I had time to finish thinking to myself that this was an unusual time to be seeing sheet lightning, someone called into the radio station to which I was listening, to report what looked like a meteor. I called my husband (160 km to the north) and he saw something to the south east too, but thought it was someone setting off fireworks. Neither he nor I could vouch for any noise as we were both in vehicles.

Maybe it was not a meteor at all.
Could be that tool bag NASA lost on the mission yesterday doing an early reentry.
