From what I have learned, it is so important to do that, especially if one is under demonic attack in one form or another.

I read a few pages of your tale. I have been dealing with this for over 25 years. I can only say that it is very real, definitely hard to explain and even harder to understand. I will read everything you wrote and respond again.

But.... I have one suggestion. This advice was given to me many years ago. It took time for me to understand and actually use the advice, but, never the less..........here it is..............

Girl don't mess in the Astral. TO Dangerous. It is known that gates exist that open into the astral planes but they also open into the etheral planes and the light itself will calm your fears. Spirit always gives us balance and always gives us light. So if you think you see the darkness just look around you and you will see the light as well. aWith love and light.

I appreciate you sharing your story. I realize the risk you put yourself in by speaking out against the dark. Something I remind people of whenever they express fear of these creatures is an epiphany I realized some time ago: they would not interfere here with the spiritual growth of humanity and steal energy if they did not fear the power that humans hold and all that they will become. These beings are old and have the benefit of not having to forget, but ultimately their power here is largely dependant on people acting the way that these negative forces want them to. If this were not true they would not attempt to decimate the spirit of humanity world-wide.

Fighting these beings on this plane is, at this point, not as simple as it will be soon enough. The most effective ability we can use is through the use of imagery. Being able to visualize strongly white and golden light around ourselves can be useful in protecting yourself. Also visualizing that light forming into a shield, whether with spikes or a mirror-like consistency, is beneficial. I am more knowledged in fighting them the way I always have, which is with a sword and magick. It wont be long before I can take up my sword again.

I understand if you would rather not, but if you could U2U me any names of the beings you came across whether their true name or an alias would be very helpful. I can track them down through my dreamtime journeying and possibly banish them back to their plane or at least draw the attention away from you. It seems that this has become far too taxing for you. With time to recover you will feel much better.

Ultimately, these forces will come through to this plane physically. This battle has been a long time coming and there is no getting around it. Feel blessed that you are here at such an interesting time and always remember that we are all an integral part of the infinite. There are many of us here to help humanity through this process, you are never alone and a fellow lightworker is never far away. I have met many, and our power is far greater than the negative polarity would want to believe or want anyone else to realize. Keep up the good fight my friend, and have faith.

If anyone has any more psychic attacks let me know. Many many have had the exact same attacks. Parlor tricks. Mental hypnosis. But being sent out in mass! I pray for you all. Pray for me too and eachother as we expose the darkness to the sheer numbers of lightworkers.

The attacks are short lived and no sooner than I feel one, then a new positive energy comes in and negates the first attack.

There truly is a balance.

Hi Antar

In one of your posts you mentioned the dark levels having an aversion to water. My son and I have seen a shining river with a channel that occasionally floods and quickly recedes from our light, bright, uplifting space that many people utilize. Is this "invisible" river a form of defense from the lower levels, do the highers flood all good spaces (the "invisible"river is not in this plane, or whatever term you choose, at least I think not, no one else has seen it other than us) to protect the space? I have a few more "bits" to expand on this, some detail, will post them when I can, but basically I really need info on what's going on, do you know anything you can share about the light gates?

I was suddenly aware that there are many in the third world countries who are very strong, and have chosen this task. I feel they must be of the highest levels incarnating here, because that burden would be hard to choose, and they've chosen carefully.

What has been coming to me, and this is why this thread is positive despite what its depicting, is that more and more the work needs to be shared, and others need to wake. I know I have to keep my attitude one of love with redemption, or simply that they chose to be truly happy, which is connected to love, joy, learning, growth, evolution and wellness, is the battle for me.

The gateways are still a concern here though. That one is just one of many. And I'm writing this with my headache increasing enormously. Because of this, I have to bring it up. Is there general work, mediation, that one can do without knowing their locations? Because caution is needed. I could find very little online concerning this.

Edit to add: of all the things that just popped into my head, Easter Island did.

As I am just coming out of a lower density mind pattern with this thread my best advice would be that when you tune into the higher light energies, you have to remember first the creativity which enables us to all tap in at any moment to the collective pool available.

Sounds like ET energies (benevolent) which you are probably carrying within yours and your sons DNA. On a cellular level it has the ability to recall memories which are not limited by time nor space. It is a paradox like all most higher light energies we experience through manifestation from a deep state of relaxed meditation or complete surrender to the divine presence of God the Creator of all.

Just as the lower portal are being manipulated and opened, the higher density portals are opening and can be seen only momentarily as swirling points of energy, usually within the peripheral vision. When you see these points of energy, close your eyes and breath deeply, without thought or distraction stop what ever you are doing if it is safe to do so, and just breath deeply. Sit with this energy until the spirit of it has helped you to raise your vibrational frequency to its level. These points unlike the lower need no anchor rather they are not limited by space or dimensions. They are beyond both. They do belong to the divine.

Your visions and sense of the flowing water is a very significant and important part of your personal journey into the higher light dimensions which are available to us all and that we will all become one with very soon.

Water is where we come from and spend 8 months in womb developing within, and it is the waters which cleanse us, look at John the Baptist, it is of great significance that he chose water to cleanse the spirit, and through water he understood you could become reborn, new and fresh.

Our planet is also representative of the water, we are also created as pure water for the most part.

Just as some have the duty or the calling to work with the closing or the holding down of the lower portals, so too are there light workers who are needed to help bring down and ground the heavenly the flowing divine energies from above so that when the time is ripe, we may shift into a new way of higher light life.

People have called me crazy many years ago, simply because I coined the phrase "Shifting of the earths axis". That was what the higher dimensional beings told me it was. I did not mind being called kuku, because I knew that it had come from a reliable source and not of my own imagination or of some fleeting new age fantasy. I have never been one who has had any kind of hearing challenge, I had never heard voices before or after.

I do not claim to know when (sorry wish I did) but I do know that a shifting of the earths axis is coming and many many will be just fine when it does happen. You and your son will because from your question it sounds as if you are already being attuned to the higher vibrational frequency it will take to endure the experience. It should only happen in a split second for the physical body, like a swift snap to the side, and then back again very rapidly, you will then be left in a state similar to a bubble, awareness will be heightened and at an all time peak. Centers in the brain and cerebral cortex will light up and a state of calm euphoria will encompass you.

hey i just wanted to say that i have shared sum similar experiances, not quite to the same extreme but still, ive seen spirits when they wanted me to see them, im also a light worker whos still building strength, thnx 4 sharing ur experiences. i also think ive seen one of these gates, i find when i let my eyes relax i can see matter and many other strange things like bubbles, auras, chakras and streams which are there 4 us to see but most just dismiss these things as a trick in the eyes. but one time while doing this i seen something completley out odf place from what i had seen up till then, i was looking in the sky and i seen what i can only describe as a portal of some sort. its impossible to describe its appearance. im with u. also i just came into thread late and wanted to say some things towards cbasses nresponses. 1.where the hell are u getting ur acid. i used to do acid and i never experienced nething like that, maybe sopme moving petterns and colors and tracers. 2. the fact that shes a writer just means shes used to writing like that so she would write that way automatically.

Other than that, I would urge everyone to remember that our being is eternal. Therfore, all powerful. All that is needed is a clear message within that everything is completely OK. Nothing can harm me because NOTHING is more powerful than I. Even if it requires the rage of Poseidon and Zeus themselves, NOTHING is more powerful than I.

I agree, and there are points all over the planet where life is dying in huge numbers like never before, animals and humans alike. I do not think they need only land bases to operate from, and some have connections to benevolent ETs which are also not limited by oceans or rocks even mountains or space.

When you do visualizations to work with these portals or gates, they can be very tricky and it is advised that you first clear out the rubbish and attachments good and bad within yourself first. This is difficult as about the time we feel clean, newer deeper levels can open, like peeling an onion. This peeling of the layers of your own stuff, can take life times to master, and if it is possible to clear out and not just throw into the unconscious, then and only then will you be able to work on the lowers.

As you have stated, you are not really doing harm. You are going to be attacked like trying to work with a large injured animal, especially one that was just tortured by humans.

You do not have to be in the physical location and it is advised to steer clear of negative people and situations unlike my dumb self who always needed a ton of bricks to fall on my head before I got it.

There is a beautiful yet painful exercise called Atisha's exercise where you breathe in all the sufferings of the benevolent beings past present and future, you breath in all the pain and suffering and when you you breath out, you breath out of the love and benediction within your heart and soul. You breath in the negative and the pure heart has a magical quality, it can transform ugly to beautiful, pain into pleasure, bliss, the heart is the most transforming force on the planet it really can do miracles.

I know you LOVE cats, they do too... I am also attached to animals, it is not easy, best to raise your vibrational frequency, remain as innocent as possible and when you become enlightened, everyone else also rises.

This is VERY TRUE Antar.......and if I may, I want to share with those who wonder exactly HOW to help focus & anchor the love energy into our planet......this really is not something I am writing for YOU Antar......this is for the readers who wish to make a difference yet are unsure how to go about it.

Standing or sitting directly ON the ground is best.....you may be sitting in a crossed leg position with your hands open palm up to the sky.....and breath slowly in and out.....visualizing a blinding white light coming down from the heavens right into the top of your head......swirling throughout your body, and down from your spine into the very deepest parts of the planet....
See yourself as a plant almost.....getting the th energy of the sun and sending your roots deep into the rich soil......
This can be done standing as well............and you can reach up with your open palms to have them act an as antennae collecting the white light to bring it into your body and then down from out of the bottoms of your feet. Fill the ground beneath you with white light energy and pure love

This practice will help to anchor the light of love and creation anywhere you feel like it needs to be manifested....

You want to have DIRECT contact with the ground of Earth Mother.....so standing on a concrete patio is not the best idea....and taking off your shoes if your standing or sitting in a chair helps the energy flow through you.......it is just a MORE POWERFUL practice done in this manner.....

This little practice can be done anytime day or night.....and even just a couple of minutes helps bring the light.......if you can do this for a while it really can open a portal of light that pours onto the Earth, through the lightworkers intent...... this little meditative practice will MOST DEFIANTLY aid in bringing the light of love to the planet, and it is so needed at this time as darkness is finding its way into every nook and cranny......
I would like to encourage everyone to start doing this any time it crosses your mind to do so.....

If you CANT be barefooted and outside...........go ahead with the visualization anyway..... as I believe the idea would not even enter your mind to do this if it was not abruptly needed....and just in breathing and imagining the light coming down to you and through you, brings love & light to any situation

If you are at work just do this at your desk for a few minutes......oftentime just bringing in some light can diffuse a tense situation where light is being shadowed out by the darkness....
