What you might not be taking into consideration is that they probably killed the hostages on purpose.

When people know that you will kill the hostages as well as the kidnappers it makes other people think twice about doing it.

Because if your gonna die either way whats the point of having hostages?

Not sure how true it is but I was told by someone who claims to have a family member (father) that is ex-Spetsnaz and he says their training is so severe that they are deliberately stabbed and given puncture wounds as one part of training I suppose to endure that sort of punishment amongst other things and perhaps to weed out the strong ones.

All forms of military have only one purpose: to control, terrorize and dominate the population. Whether it is the population of their own country, or the population of another country. The only times the military protects anyone, it is from situations created by themselves or their leaders, in order to fool the people into believing the existence of the military is necessary to protect them.

Nothing, absolutely nothing, justifies the existence of military organizations.

Some examples of these self-created, orchestrated situations: terrorist attacks (Twin Towers), wars (WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq) civil unrest and violent racism, increased waves of crime, government funded gang activity and kidnappings of children.

Huge amounts of children are being kidnapped and hauled off to laboratory for the testing of experimental technologies, to scare the people into accepting their children to be implanted with biometric microchips. Babies are now implanted with such a microchip the moment they are born, with or without parental consent.

Hard, physical evidence of all the above events are freely available in almost every country on this planet, except your own. Your media increases the impact of all these events through aggrevating lies and fear mongering. I can't understand how those newsreaders and editors can even sleep at night, the damage they cause to their own people is devastating beyond logic thought.

If you have any ability to discern the truth in this reality, you will find yourself agreeing with this. If you do not, you have been fooled by their doctrine, and your only option for surviving the coming times, lies in re-educating yourself drastically and swiftly.

Firstly, Spetsnaz is not one unit, all it means is special forces. Russian special forces is split into several units to cover land, see, air, anti-terrorism, etc.

Second, soldiers doing sit-ups on glass is called Pakazuha which means show-off. Nothing special.

Third, no smart people in command will have their soldiers stabbed or tortured, etc, for no military in the world can make use of crippled soldiers.

Finally, the different Spetsnaz divisions are all trained for different tasks. Not one is the best, they are all best in their own area. US and Russian special forces are pretty close to each other, I don't think each is better then the other, both are good in their own ways.
