Yes, Josh is a Mason....and no, that hand gesture has never been used in Freemasonry for anything.

That's right. It's an Illuminati hand gesture denoting allegiance to Satan (denouncing Christ as ultimate ruler of the Earth). I don't know why you Freemasons haven't done your homework to find out that your organization is a puppet tool for the world banks and their NWO agenda. That makes you enemies of the State and of the People, no matter how hard you lie and try to look honorable, you're despicable. And, oh, we will win. Don't bother responding, you don't matter, anyway. You're all impotent little pawns in the game of men who will always have their hands in you dummies. Why not dismantle them from the inside, instead, and redeem yourselves? Wealth won't save you from justice, because God is justice.

Why do they need freemasonry? Isn't the privacy of a corporate boardroom enough? Bilderberg? CFR? Trilateral? All closed-door meetings. Why the masons? - who on average are less influential then any of the aforementioned groups. IMO, the time of masonic political meddling has long passed.

How could the world bank possibly use freemasonry to advance their purpose?

Help me do my homework. Or is Jordan Maxwell doing yours?

Liberty and Justice for all,

What are you going to win? I am not aware there was any sort of competition.

I find a couple of things incredibly ironic about your post.

1 - To become a Mason you have to believe in God and eternal life.

2 - Masons have been at the forefront of the pursuit of liberty, justice and equality for hundreds of years. Who do you think the guys in the Boston Tea Party were?

Finally, a question -

What have you done lately for your fellow man? Do you support the elderly, children and the underprivileged in society? Do you provide free medical care for any child who needs it? Do you know of any other group that donates approximately one million dollars per day to charity?

Surely these actions can do nothing else but honor God and surely they must make Satan pretty mad.

Don't mean to go off topic, but if I may interject briefly...

Are you sure belief in eternal life is a requirement?

Requirement? No. It's just mentioned in at least two of the degrees, though perhaps sometimes more obliquely than others. Explicitly, the belief in a supreme being is the only metaphysical requirement. The nature of the degrees implies a belief in an afterlife, which may or may not be present in the minds of the individual candidates. A poor choice, in my opinion, but it's there in the tradition nonetheless.

I have actually seen it both ways. That specific requirement isn't asked about in my lodge, but I have seen it on some state Grand Lodge websites.

gee, you guys really are humble. i knew a mason,he had to memorize a book that was written in code. when he was ready to join ,they came to his house and searched it.
he said it was quite an ordeal.
he also mentioned there was a hand gesture, and a handshake that went along with it.
this guy was a very good friend, worked for my father, and would not have lied to me.

that's wierd that no one told you guys.

what you described is about right. We don't have to memorize the whole book at first, but after time you will have memorized all of it through regular attendance. Everyone in the lodge has done it, so it's not a huge deal, but it does take some time and perseverance.

In some states, even an encrypted book is forbidden and all the work must be memorized from mouth to ear. Talk about a pain!

Yeah, if there was one thing I wasn't prepared for when I first applied it was how much memorization is involved. Not really the way my mind works. I can do a passable job as Junior Warden in the conferral of the three degrees, but I'd fail miserably trying to take the Sr. Deacon's role (a more junior position, but one who needs to know almost every part except the lectures...) As is, there are only 4 or 5 men in my lodge who attend regularly and know the full lectures & charges verbatim. They're the ones we have to lean on during the conferral of new degrees.

It's like that rumour that anything masonic on ATS is immediately smothered with "BS baffles brains" type arguments.

But of course, when reading through this thread, you'd see how patently false it is to say that.

Alot of Masons are getting upset about others judging them becaused they are being exposed. People that join the masons should do a little more research before joining them. You are selling your soul to the devil. The pyramids, one eye, devil horns, and star are all satanic. Everyone has the right to do abd join what they want, just like everyone can say what they want because of freedom of speech, but there are a lot of celebrities, singers, and rappers that are freemasons and they are doing great in their fortune and fame. The masons are not about brotherhood and being kind to one another. It IS a secret society. Think about it. Do you really rhink that the masons will come out and say to new members..."Hey do you want to come and serve the devil with us?" They are going to sugar coat it by saying its all about brotherhood, when its not. Katy Perry has an interbiew online saying that she was raised in a home with gospel and it didnt work out for her when she grew up singing it, so she sold her soul to the devil. She says it as if its normal. Jay-Z, Beyonce, Rhianna, Chris Brown, Lady Gaga, Pink, and Madonna, just to name a few are apart of it, as well. These are artists that are on top right now financially and doing very good. It isnt a blessing from God, it is help from the devil. Satan will help to get you anything you want if you worship him. Alot of people feel that Satan was an angel that fell from heaven and that God should of let him back in and forgave him for his wrong doings, so they worship him instead of God in exchange for fame and fortunes. Everyone can be blind now and be followers, but the truth is that when judgment day comes, you will see where you will end up at and it wont be heaven!

Ha ha. Very funny. I could really care less if you worshipped the smurfs. I am not here to argue. I am voicing what I feel and know, just like you are. So as long as I am doing what I am supposed todo and you feel tha you are to, then we are good! We will see who enters heaven on judgment day!

And guess what? We won't know until then... so you might as well keep your opinions on how to get there to yourself, because you can prove you're right no better than any other mortal...

I have a friend who is a Master Mason, a lawyer, and Jewish. It's like a Conspiracy Trifecta. Occasionally, I ask him why he isn't ruling the world. He just laughs and says he has enough trouble just trying to run his own life

Thats funny, I thought you were about to crack into a joke there....

You sound pretty ignorant anyways. That fits the typical requirement of a mason

Actually, thats a requirement of someone who would not be accepted into freemasonry.

Let me ask you, is this the type of behavior that would typify how Christ acted and the lessons he taught? Would he want his follwers taunting and insulting others because of differing viewpoints? What happened to 'love thy neighbor'?

I worship the Flying Spaghetti Monster©.

And I WISH Rhianna and/or Beyoncé were Masons. I'd be at Lodge every night and twice on Saturdays.
Lady Gaga? Not so much (at least until the package/no package/former package thing is clarified. Too dodgey a path for me there.

Uh.....no. He's arguing from first-hand knowledge and experience. You're arguing what you think from (at best) second-hand information, the type that usually comes freighted with an agenda. If you actually knew, you wouldn't have bothered with your post because you would have known the 'facts' as you've presented them to be multi-generationally-recycled foolishness without even a passing familiarity with actual fact.

Masons as a group are a religiously diverse lot. Among our Lodge officers alone, we have five major world religions represented: Sikh (our Senior Warden), Jewish (one of our Past Masters), Catholic (our Senior Deacon), Anglican (myself, the Junior Deacon), Latter Day Saints aka Mormon (Senior Steward) and a couple of other Trinitarian Christians that I don't know specifically their sect.

And that's just out of 11 individuals in the Lodge without taking into account the rest of our brethren let alone Masonry in general.

Given the historical enmity that Christians of all stripes have had working with each other in the past (and this is with a group who profess to believe essentially the same thing), how on Earth do you propose that members of multiple world religions can somehow come together to somehow worship Satan (including members of religions that don't include a belief in Satan and/or have a Satanic proxy) while somehow flummoxing non-Masons into believing that we work for charity and the betterment of society in general?

Bit of a non-starter that. Makes almost as much sense as 9/11 'truth'.

Ultimately so. My read on the New Testament is that almost nobody will (yourself included). IIRC, the number's limited to 144,000 and even if I've pooched the detailed number, the fact of the matter is that proponents of different sects of even the same religion have been duking it out for power since before recorded history insisting that the only way to a peaceful afterlife is through doing things their way and their way alone.
