[HOAX]GFL spaceship DID NOT APPEAR on Oct.14th, 2008[HOAX]

Okay, I have to throw my two cents in for I just can"t let go of this just yet. I too read the last contact report that said by the end of the 15th that everyone would see them. The end is 6am Thursday cause hawaii is 6 hours behind us. I can't shake the feeling cause there are just too many coincidences globally. If it's a ploy by the elite they have found people ready to accept anything to get us out of our current "upside down" world situation, but if a stargate was opened from the cauldron blast then? I am watching "view from a satellite" and seismic monitor live for any indications of activity out of the norm. If it's et related or a hologram from haarp what's important is that the NWO is going for their agenda before the election. Now that said, I have found that everytime a date is set, it usually means that is the beginning of the prophesied event, not necessarily when the event takes place. I don't think this thread should end but take a different turn and really search the net for anything unusual in the next day. Call me a fool or dreamer but there is something to this and I think we are looking in the wrong direction. ATS is great and you guys and gals should keep up the talents you have for getting to the truth. I am staying with you to the end! Thanks

I'm willing to be you laughed at my Pizza the Hut post, but I won't make you admit it in public. That being said, IMO there really is no more topic to remain on. Oct.14th has come and gone and all there is left to do is bring some levity to the situation via humor. 200+ pages on this subject is a joke in its own right. Need we say more?

No I am not mad but very disappointed because alot of people could have followed this kook.Hopefully no one died because of fear.She boolsom goulchild (hee hee) was and will be a women people will follow she likes to make money off of ignorant people well they're not ignorant but they want to follow and this makes people weak.This has dirtied us as far as what we have seen in the sky. I have seen ufos in space going from star to star not just one way but different ways so has my husband.We need to contact our goverment and insist that we are told the truth (how) not by computer but with written letters and proof we have sent these thru the mail.But all of us need to pressure the goverment not just a few.There are enough of ufo believers to make the gov sit up and notice us. Here's my take, as stated before... minus the "we're just like any other civilization" stuff:

It's becoming very obvious the 'space ship in the sky" was the MOON. Right there- a jab at people's intelligence, and i will say- a joke, a gag, a deliberate farce.

The commander, head saucer cleaner- whatever he was, was named Abama.(sp?)

Al Abama. Another pun, injoke, gag, insult of people's intelligence.

If she honestly believes any of the messages she receives, I would be scared to be near her. HOWEVER..... I am thinking she doesnt. the Youtube video I saw (what I could stomach of it) Was someone who had carefully memorized a script. She wasnt being 'spontaneous'. She was directed, scripted, and cued. If Fox is behind this for their new movie- the implications are..... staggering. And frightening. And enraging.

I am sure if I sat down, read the whole pile of steaming horsecrap, and let my poor, poor brain sift, filter, think on, and roll around the whole message, without it becoming a pile of moldy dough, I am believe I can find some pretty interesting puns, injokes, gags, ect. Some of you HAVE read the whole 'message'- Don't over think it- turn on your sense of humor, the part of your brain that appreciates puns and such, take what you have seen and read from their sites ONLY, and see if something that smells like an old custard pie doesn't hit you in the face.

It didn't happen, why don't you get that. They said they would make themselves known beyond a doubt to all the world after the 14th has come to pass on all corners of the globe. What part of that didn't you get?? The 14th is over, and no mothership. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!!

I´m still not convinced that Oct 14th event is hoax or even a facade.
Not sure WHY. Maybe the scientific mind or just as a curious, but would be very "cool" (at least) to see a 2,000 mi lightship in the sky.
Btw, are we sure that they´re NOT here, in a inter-dimensional layer?
Maybe our thoughts are so negative, that we don´t deserve this sight.

It´s just an opinion, though.

Well her blog was already full with obscenities and even death threats when the 14th was far from over and even if she just wanted to earn a nice sum of money with her e-books that is far from normal what people have been writing there.

Well i highly doubt that anyone would do viral marketing like that for a movie etc like it has been suggested, it was marketing her own works.

Hoping for Aliens that want their medium to sell e-books is most likely not the way to go. They wanted her to rush Snap shot book out ("after putting out the ebook 'snap shot' as requested by The Federation Of Light"), thats why it has no cover lol, costs 15 bucks anyway.

Imo her tribe also gave this some credibility, i mean they all look like really nice guys, and it was hard to believe that she just wanted to get some cash from this, having her (good) reputation and theirs possibly damaged.

I would say if no one had wasted cash on that books and just read the free information and not overhyping it so much, that is not much different from other claims here that never come true or are hardly credible or believable rightaway.
Also people buy suspect products somewhere else too. Maybe the books were entertaining. The bitterness maybe is only so strong in some, because they hoped so much.

A well-respected german magazine Spiegel Online covered this too in the "Best of Web" category under a title that would probably translate to "From Space With Love". Had a link to here as a "boundary science-blog".
And concluded with something like: "In the web now the tension mounts, if and where the federation will come lovingly over us - almost as much as on how Goodchild will explain, if it is not going to happen.
