Now that this GFL spaceship has been shot out of the skies with our hoax gun, perhaps more focus will be put on more promising cases too.

Here is the u2u that was sent to me 5 min ago. Food for thought. .

I just checked back on the board to see if I was still silenced... which I am. I am not sure if you are banned too... but I did see your post blocked in reply (mine were blocked too for at first) You seem to be an longstanding member here (i myself am still new imo) so I am relaying this to you - not sure if it's relation to the topic being muted.... I'm receiving scans a scrip from fox studios from a friend I have working there. We had been talkin about it this afternoon and I couldn't believe it. Goodchild is a viral marketing plant for a movie due next summer. Where the Galactic Fedderation of Light is just as Goodchild described (even the event) I am not sure if ATS is linked with FOX in anyway or what the deal is, but these are so hyped up about this, it seems the viral is working excellently. Trying to get mods to unban so I can post the scans atm

Yes. More than once I've suggested in ATS that for all we know, we could be just a cosmic-kid's computer game, similar to the old 'Civilisations' type games. We may be nothing more, in fact, than bits and bytes in such a game.

Or .. we could be microscopic bits of algae clinging to a tiny pebble in some overgrown cosmic sludge pond

I just noticed the thread title has been updated. A bit premature? By my reckoning it's still the 14th in some parts of the world (just under 6 hours left in fact).

Also to label it Hoax and Fraud? Is there evidence of fraud?

Blossom came across to me as being completely sincere in her belief. Which begs the question if she wasn't really channelling aliens then what was happening? Her subconcious playing tricks on her? A CIA PsyOP to guage public receptivity to a disclosure event?

To me these are still interesting questions that could be discussed.

At very least, people will be inclined to believe now that they were played by the usual suspects, for profit (what else?)

Guess they'll reap the harvest otherwise as well by featuring Ms.Goodchild in a series of interviews .. print and tv, etc.

And this little escapade was just another cry of 'Wolf ', wasn't it ?

.. as a means of deceiving when perhaps a genuine event occurs, should it do so ?

Fortunate, really, that we don't live much past 80 years of age

Assuming, of course, that the human reaction to this "hoax/fraud" didn't convince them that we are all really a horrendous waste of their time.

Personally, I'm appalled at the massive amounts of "negative energy" that have been displayed during the course of these events.

My opinion? The human race isn't DESERVING of an intergalactic calling card at this point in history, and I've officially sided with those "In the Know" as to why full disclosure has been covered up all these years.

That being said, I'm returning my eyes skyward, and you can bet your buttered biscuits I'll be sending out as much peace, love, goodwill and hospitality as possible in order to distance myself from an overly jaded, rude, self serving and ungreatful populace.

Best of luck to everyone out there in whatever reality you personally choose to pursue from this point forward.

I did suggest earlier that two and two seemed to make four for me. Its a strange coincidence that she was once an actress and that The Day the Earth Stood Still isnt far from release.

Its stranger still when you note that the films characters come from a "galactic federation" of peacekeepers and turn up on Earth. They also come here to stop the governments from destroying the world before its too late. Also its heavily influenced by "might spirit" and represents a harmony between the soul and technology....see a pattern here?

Read what you will into it but ive a feeling hollywood played more than a small part in this.


You could also consider King from 1954 who similarly claimed to have "channeled" messages from UFOs warning of impending dangers forhuman kind, justa couple of years after the release of the original film.

In critique the film is very heavy on the concept of faith and technology, spiritual concepts of UFO and aliens, the theme was very current in the 1950s. The basic premise is that aliens will save humans from themseleves in a spiritual sense.

What do you think? All coincidence?

Look, if these superior beings were worth their salt, they would KNOW full well in advance what the human race is like.

So, if they orchestrated an 'appearance' for whatever reason, the human race's propensity for suspicion, hostility, passivity, credulity, scepticism, etc. etc. would have been factored into their decision to make themselves known.

We are as we are. We didn't invent or create ourselves .. this is the way we are, like it or leave it, from any cosmic federation's point of view -- in much the same way our own explorers made their way into deepest Africa a few generations ago. Our human missionaries knew what confronted them. They knew there would be suspicion and hostility, trust and distrust. But they went anyway, because they believed in their cause.

Are you suggesting a supposedly 'superior' species don't have the spine and conviction of our own, supposedly so horribly flawed human missionaries, explorers, do-gooders, etc. ?

Then to whom are you doing the injustice: humans or the superior galactic federation ?

I would say this was a case of fraud. Earlier in the post I was warned for displaying a slightly more extreme opinion so I decided to start a thread where we can say our true feelings on blossom and other supposed 'prophets'.

1. Rip the piss out of and totally ridicule members and communities of the heart of your audience.

2. Install in the non-believing masses just how stupid and ignorant the above are and how unrealistic and unlikely the subject of the movie is.
