I'm really not understanding why this still is in the ufo's and aliens section. shouldn't this be in the Gray area? It's basically a prophecy about alien encounters based solely on opinion with no factual basis so far as i can see...i thought that's exactly what the gray area was made for?

So if nothing... er, when nothing happens on October 14th, will this be designated a Hoax?

Oh, by the way, here in Canada, there might be an election on that date. I don't know how definite that is, but if I had to choose between the possibility of seeing a spaceship or interest in an election, I'd choose the spaceship any day. (Unless the aliens are as boring as politicians)

As this is related, I thought I gather some info that is scattered around:

Blossom Goodchild have channeled messages from White Cloud, a native American spirit energy since 1999. Her communication with Galactic Federation of Light started in September 2007.

Blossom's communication with the GFL from September 2007 through 8th of August 2008 is available in a book. Communication from that date forward is available at her website blossomgoodchild.com(not direct link) Click federation of light -> channelings, to reach the actual messages. Also it seems that member ckmate4 here in ATS is Blossom Goodchild, and she has posted these messages also in this thread.

So we know there are many people who claim to communicate with Galactic Federation of Light. How do they respond to this groundbreaking message ? Do the other channelers share the same stories ? I am looking for answers to these questions.. I have scanned a bit their communal website at lightworkers.org. Here's a link to a page from where you can navigate people who channels GFL.

One is from Magenta Pixie (presented here on page 22 by bridas). Here's a link to it on lightworkers website. The main point that 'the collective conciousness of nine' makes through her is that it does happen, but it may not be in our timeline. Also it seemed she wanted to lose the reputation for stating a "get out clause" by stating that channelers are not interested in being wrong or right. well, her channeled message was a get out clause anyway :-)

Reading/listening some recent channeled messages from sirians and pleiadians I have noticed that they all seem to be talking about this being a critical time, actual dates and times have been mostly left away though. In some of the messages they said that in few years time an ascension is inevitable. (To add some i came across this might not be a channeled info since it doesnt mention the origin of it, but the point is that some other people does give dates too. ) Then there is this post by MarkH appearing on some of the GFL channelers blogs, which predicted something happening at dates around DNC, .. that should be looked into more detail what it was all about but for now I at least let it be.

Some additional random info:

Over the last few years she has compiled White Cloud's teachings into 3 books. The fourth book is being conveyed by 'The Divine Oneness' and 'The Federation of Light'. Fifth book covers the communication with GFL from September 2007 through 8th of August 2008.

Blossom posted a sequel to the original message in her own blog(new) in lightworkers.org 22nd of August 2008.

According to internet archive data, Blossom Goodchild's personal website blossomgoodchild.com has been running since December 2007. Also her other blogsite blossomgoodchild.blogspot.com... seems to have posts starting in 2008.

Sure, that may be the way to unlock our future as they describe it, but how much can a normal human being put effort on something as magical as this ?

For various reasons many humans cannot bother to adjust even for a moment to situations like this, and the GFL has not give any reference points as to how much should we raise our collective conciousness, it is pretty much a no-go to try to understand where we stand at this moment. The vague answer that they are giving is that we are on the edge, or close is pretty loose. How many people are aware of this alleged event in the first place? There are around 40000 views on this thread in ATS. If there were 4 other forums giving the same numbers, and each forum had the different viewers, and each view was from a different user, there would be 200k people aware of this. So 200 000 / 6 692 000 000 = 0,00002988 , 0,003% of people, one out of 33460 would have heard of this.

I'm not trying to condemn or favor these channelings, but just been trying to lay out what we know. I don't actually want to make up my mind whether i believe if it happens or not, I simply don't even think of this whole thing the most part of my day. Now because I did reply in this thread in the first place, it has led in the situation for me to follow the development. Not only that, but this topic is interesting in many levels. Giving an exact date in names of GFL -> channelers response to it - internet communitys response - other GFL channelers response (bedazzled(?), direct responses (clause?)) -> aftermath? It is all very interesting.

In previous posts I already went through some thought process I had on the aftermath if it did take place. At this point I'm not yet too excited to speculate in detail the same thing in case of "nothing happened". What reflects to me from the lightworkers.org website, is that there are lot of goodhearted people spreading the message of love. They are among the last people that deserves negativity, although they are the ones, that are among the strongest to endure any possible rude behaviour. My guess is that lightworkers.org will be just as operational as it was before whether it happens or not.


What ever plays out, this still developing story with all the youtube fanatics, ATS critics and so on has been fun to read.

If you think this is a joke, you are not alone. I respect the opinion, as it pretty much seems crazy to try seriously swallow theories presented here. You can count yourself being among the average people. Those who gives it the extra time.. perhaps we are lunatic, silly and stupid for someone, but it's the reader him/herself who decides what he/she believes or entertains him/herself. So if you are trying to make "ufology" more popular among average people, I can see that this thread might not be serving the purpose.

For me and many others this is not a joke. One may just keep it as a possibility, 2nd may just provide further information, 3rd studies it, 4th believes in it wholeheartedly and so on.. Why study this ?
Studying channeled "reports" regarding a space craft going to appear soon sounds interesting to me, and I haven't stumbled upon such case before. Usually there is not much one can study(apart from the message itself) when it comes to channeling, but this incident has given people chance to get closer to channelers and understand how they respond to each other for example. So whether this is part of ufology or not, this is kind of a unique case.

(off-topic) Btw, can this be considered as a case in ufology or is this only a part of another branch in UFO culture and what would it be ?

I have to agree with you on your take of this. The first thing I noticed about this was, as soon as it went public, there was an outcry from the skeptics that this has happened before, and it always ends up that the messages were wrong. Well, yes, the skeptics were right. You can`t take messages that are sent from perfect beings, and channel them through imperfect beings and have it come out right. This is why they come back and make statements such as they did about timelines and all. They know to a degree that this may not be right, so yes, they are covering their butts to keep the ridicule down to a minimum if it does not come to pass on that date.

Some people say it could even be Project Blue Beam from our government that this is about. Hey, who knows. It could be. Just a nice way of saying to the people, hey, they will not land as long as you have guns, so, please turn in all the guns you have and then they will land.

Now, could this be right? There`s not enough evidence to say Project Blue Beam even exists. My feeling is, because of all the problems that we are facing, people will go to great lengths to believe in just about anything that may help them out of a tight spot. Now, why would this be? Because they feel that if they were to try and resolve these problems on their own, they may fail. They have no faith in humanity to solve these problems, so they hand over their power to governments and yes, even aliens to make it better for them. Never any faith in themselves or humanity as a whole.


Edit: My take on channeling is, yes, it is a fact that it happens and information does come through. But, as I said above about perfect beings channeling through imperfect beings, one must take the information with a grain of salt. The information may not be totally accurate.

Nothing relevant to add other than my sincere thanks to inthemistandfog for a well constructed and thorough post. The embedded links provide a wealth of background
information for a "fence-sitter" like me. While I have seen many predictions and dates come and go, I enjoy considering fantastic things. (Plus I have a fond appreciation for the absurd.) I often carry an umbrella on sunny days.

If it doesn't show up, why would you be angry with Skipper1975 anyway. He is sharing a major prediction. Should you feel that way about anyone who has researched evidence for any of the major conspiracies being posted, should they be disproved. I hope for something positive that would force disclosure and perhaps inspire us to create a peaceful advanced world much like the worlds our positive human visitors come from.
I would actually feel sorry for Blossom if this doesn't happen, by the way. She sounded like she really didn't want to commit to saying this.
But an a researcher found out of 100 cases in North America, 36% were contacts with human looking visitors. Since most of the cases I've heard were abductions by greys, this was news to me. www.burlingtonnews.net...
I wish to thank Skipper in any case, because this thread caused me to spend time researching cases that were positive. Whether the prediction comes true or not, and I would love for it to be true, doesn't matter. Its actually a good starting point for research.
