What bothers me isn't the fact that the OP made a mistake. Hell I do tons of them on any given day, especially when it comes to hearing and
interpreting. Not to mention the fact that he very early admitted he might have got it wrong, and id own up to his mistake. Kudos for that!
What does bother me is the cheap shots some people like to snipe in here and there. It's one thing to wary of the information as someone mentioned
above, but to me it's a pretty low thing to start accusing someone of drug use or mental illness because of something posted on an alternative topic
forum.
More than anything I think that makes people hesitant to participate and share information. If your information is sincere, at least to your own
knowledge, constructive critisism and scrutiny should not be a deterrent, but the sniping that goes on can very well be.
Ah well, I'll stop rambling about this here. I suppose the sniping it's just a way to compensate for all the short comings in life, and it's safe
to do it in front of the computer screen. I mean, it's not like there's a real person receiving the cheap shot right?
