1-3: Freemasonry is a fraternity which means it's a male organization. Women can't join Freemasonry for the same reason I can't join a sorority. Nor do we compare or rate Freemasonry to other groups to say who is inferior, equal, or superior to us.

4: My Lodge is $300 for initiation and $125 for annual dues, but I have a lifetime membership so I am not required to pay dues anymore.

The Eastern Star isn't a "playground" nor distraction as you say it is.

I thought we had covered that? Yes, as long as it is a pure male thing it may be called a fraternity. If women were accepted, it couldn't be a fraternity any longer. THAT IS NOT THE POINT and it is not an explanation, as you well know. But don't bother to answer again. I just go through that huge stack of literature I bought from an antique books dealer in London a few months ago, who got it from a deceased masons library. Maybe I'll find my answers there.

What kind of question is that?

What slave work?

a reply to: yulka
Freemasonry neither supports slavery or suppression.

Good luck with that.

Do you see any difference between a gipsy and a mason?

Only two things come to mind...

Firstly, Gypsies use crystal balls, whereas Masons use black balls. Secondly, Masons only travel between East and West, whereas Gypsies travel in all directions.

Well, I always assumed after you found that unnamed person who you were searching for, you got to go home.

sidenote:
"I am a trainee going to the west seeking for Robin Hayes, who is lost" gets you nowhere, even if the Sergeant IS a Mason. Alas.

Oh no, you have it all wrong. That person kicked the bucket hundreds of years ago.

That which we seek is most certainly not human!

Also, gypos will just pick your pockets when they want your money while Masons will plop down in the seat next to you with another side organization application for you to sign and join so you can pay more dues.

In the end, whatever path you choose, the message is the same. The weakness lies within your character, where you think it resides your strength.

A blind man can paint a room if he is taught, but never build a house.

They didnt tell you the secret in between of the past, present and the future.
Its like watching a bunch of guys trying to play a gipsy life after the age of twenty, its really weird.

Power corrupts so be careful.

There arent many of my kindred who understands this

But one now and then does

Not true. A blind man built a house in my former home town of Wayne, NJ.

Its called ambition, In japan the ancient art of building is made by following the way nature is built, Strong foundation, the base of the tree, not against nature, cause it wont last.
If you form nature against itself, it will adjust to correct it.
When building go with nature not your own ambition.

Ask a mason?

Do you think, you ever can become the ideals of freemasonry when you are born into the ideals of society, the foundation is already built?

I would prefer an answer based on truth not ideal

Maybe you should start be telling me what the 'ideals of Masonry and society' are in your opinion.

In my opinion? Society rules are based on commandments, different religions base ideals on those commandments. A human is an ideal, so is any deity. If you are taught at a young age the principles of society, then thats what you know, or the foundation of it. Whatever context you put in afterwards means really nothing, they are just stories. Your bubble in masonry is still within another bubble which you are against, but you cannot see it, cause you are born into the society which we live in. The ideals, cardinals, fantasies, ages of man, aliens, astronomy, astrology, theurgy, numerlogy, symbolism doesnt change just because you write a book in another langauge.

Ideals kills when you think they are real.

Think as a primate, act as a human.

I was hoping for specifics but you opted for cryptic.

Either way, there was nothing in Masonry that my mother did not teach me, it was just in a different format.

Is There A Dark Side To Freemasonry...
Not In The Evil Conspiracy Kind Of Way. And Definitely Not In The Horrid Sacrificial Mombo Jombo Fools Dish Out.
But In The "Now That I Know... How Can I Move Forward" Kind Of Way...
I Try Not To Make That Statement Above Seem Too Critical... But I Often Wonder Time ToTime If Morality Is Served Best By Experiences Which May Not Be So Courteous To The Untrained Eye... Thus Leaving A Maturity That Hence Becomes Inescapable.
Are The Morals Developed Long Ago And Preserved In Masonry (No Doubt Astounding) Dark In Any Way...???

For Me... I Learned AASR Is Full Of Surprises.

A gypo came to a Mason Historian asked a simple question do you know the answer to the riddle:

In my hand a simple watch, and you can see a lodge. See the present, it holds peasants. See the future, it holds computers or see the past if you really wish to outlast.
Once were called the blacks of north but we were put on forth. Once were called the prince of the river but who likes a indian giver. The cross came at a loss, the wheel feel of its steel but everything holds a great seal.
The ten commandments were seen as enchantments, but they were just an advancement. Now you take the planets and act as bandits. But now the creed will be with a Swede.

Can you name me?
