WHY WON'T MORMONS TELL YOU THESE THINGS?

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, the Mormons, are well aware that if these facts were known to the convert prior to baptism, they would have very few converts! The Missionaries are well trained to keep most of these facts from their potential converts.

Tragically, many Mormons may not even be fully aware of the doctrines and history of their own church. Every statement on this tract is true. Mormons are encouraged to check out their own publications for documentation of the above. After all, if the Mormon Church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) has the truth, it can stand any amount of investigation.

Please do not be afraid to investigate. We are not Ex-Mormons, but Christians defending the Christian Church and its beliefs.

You have to invite them in for a conversation, ask many questions about fundamental doctrines and dogma. Ask them tough questions regarding their beliefs. If you are informed enough and do it right they will think you are Satan and never talk to you again.

Funny story....when Joeseph Smith wanted to write the Mormon bible.....from the alleged golden tablets no one ever saw but him....he dictated God's word to some guy named Harris (a book publisher i believe). When this guy (Harris) brought the book home to have it published and told his wife about the great prophet and how he was dictated this book from God, his wife said "Hey lets see if the guy is legit.....tell him the transcript was lost and if this is true then God will dictate what Smith told you word for word again." Needless to say when the guy went back and told Joseph Smith he lost the writings and God needs to dictate it to him again Joseph Smith told him God wanted to change it anyway so it wouldnt be the same!!! LOL True story!!

So what if everything you say about the mormon religion is true, they are not better or worse than any other mainstream religion out there.

I don't get the whole fixation with sex that some religions seem to have. It takes a special person to firmly believe that they will somehow keep having sex after they die. I just don't get the whole concept of sex in the afterlife, don't see it happening personally, bunch of simpletons in this world.

Funny story -- when I travelled to Egypt, a woman in my group was SDA. BUT, she knew quite a lot about the inner workings of the LDS. The most secret "Holy of Holies", in their 'temple'. So, we're travelling in Egypt, learing about the ancient beliefs....and, lo and behold, she says...."Why, that's almost exactly what the Mormons believe!"

What she meant was, there are many, many comparisons that can be drawn between the secret innner workings of the LDS, and the ancient egyptian religions. No surprise, of course, a quick search will show that Joseph Smith was a fan of Egytology...

Why, if it's a valid 'religion', do LDS keep a 'seventh circle' HOLY of holies, only when you've attained a certain level of trust, can you know.
