Obama's Birth Certificate

Obama is a suspicious character, I don't see why someone running for Pres would hide their Birth Cert., isn't it standard to make it public? Not in the sense of a requirement, but it's like having a President who won't stand up for the Pledge of Allegiance...oh that would probably be Obama as well huh?

It IS PUBLIC ffs! It's on his website! Where is McCain's birth certificate? Has the parchment deteriorated? Or did they not give birth certificates in THE PHILLIPINES where McCain was born?

Where are the McCain family tax returns, by the way? Obama's are public. As is his birth certificate. On his website and released to the media. No matter how many times you guys repeat the lie it doesn't make it true. Obama was born in Hawaii and McCain was born in the Philippines, on a Naval base. That's the truth and you're going to have to deal with it.

First, you can be born outside the US so long as your father is or has served in the US military in order to meet running for POTUS Constitutional requirements.

Was Obama's Dad in the US military? Nope! Was McCains dad in the US military, yep! So was McCain!

Therefore, McCain qualifies no matter what because his Dad was in the US military.

Obama has not qualified for failing to show actual proof of a Birth Certificate. We're not talking about scanned Birth Certs on the Internet, nor are we talking about documents claiming Obama's birth in Hawaii.

The State Department has made several requests for this Birth Certificate, but refuses to provide it.

The only thing keeping Obama in the race to this point is his very rich investment bankers contributing to his campaign, including George Soros, a huge anit-American Billionaire.

Will the State Dept. give in to being bought off (or some that reside within to make it happen for Obama) OR will the US citizens that care about their country continue to demand he provide the Birth Cert.?

The latter SHALL be true.

Obama's birth certificate has NOT been produced. The image on Kos and on Obama's site are images of a Certificate of Birth with a time stamp of June 6, 2003.

Further, the CofB image has been altered in Photoshop or some other editing software. We know this because of the blacked out rectangle over the Certificate No. The question is what else was changed in Photoshop? His full name maybe? Maybe the entire certificate was created in Photoshop. Who knows?

So no matter how many times you repeat the lie that Obama has produced his birth certificate, it's still not true. Is the CoB he did produce legit? There's no way to tell.

Where is John McCain's birth certificate? I agree that he may have been born on a US held Naval base in the Philippines, but where is his birth certificate?

Where are his family tax returns? Obama has submitted his. What is McCain hiding?

The only way to tell is if the State Dept. does indeed come out that Obama has provided it publicly, but the reverse is true.

The State Dept. and those who run it are highly gullible though.

Case in Point:

Bill Clinton moved oversite of sensative technology export controls from the State Dept. to the Justice Dept.

In doing so, he was able to sign Afadavits for Laurels Space Corporation and Hughes electonics that temporarily removed the controls so Satellite Encryption (now used on Chinese Submarine communications), Missle guidance and Radar Jamming devices could be sold to China.

Laural Space Corp. CEO contributed heavily to Clinton's 1996 Campaign, as did the CEO of Hughes Electronics.

Later, the State Dept. finally got control back and caught up with Bill Clinton, but only after the fact. The State Dept. went after both Laural and Hughes for 123 counts of illegal technology transfers to the Communist Chinese military.

So, the State Dept. can be easily fooled as well.

Hughes later went bankrupt from the illegal activities and Laural is still kicking.

This whole argument is silly, by the way. If you need a passport, you have to provide a Birth Certificate. Passports are issued by the State Department. Senator Obama, most assuredly has a passport since he has traveled extensively overseas throughout his life.

When I had to get a passport for work travel, I had to go to the city where I was born and get a new one since my parents lost mine. Does that mean that I am not an American? Since I don't have the original?

Can you guys really find anything serious on Obama? I mean McCain is an ex-POW that now, because it is politically expedient and he needs Bush's "base," is now openly supporting extraordinary rendition, torture and rejects the Supreme Court's ruling that Guantanamo detainees deserve the right to habeus corpus. And he won't support Senator Webb's G.I. Bill that would guarantee our troops benefits like they were given in WW2.

What has happened to this man? What has happened to America? Why do we continue to support the neocons that pursue this Project for a New American Century strategy that is crippling us a nation?

The economy is being destroyed and we are aggressively pursuing imperialism. Did you learn about any of that in American History class? I sure didn't. I always thought we were the good guys.

But instead, we are a nation asleep. We let the lapdog media screaming heads tell us that Democrats are akin to communists. I have news for you. Democrats may not be the savior of our country, but if we don't seek some balance soon and keep voting in the PNAC agenda, we will be a 3rd world country within our lifetimes. And a hated one at that.

But hey, we were supposed to get cheap oil outta this war, right? I just want my friends home from Iraq and supporting this failed empire is not going to do it.

Just curious about something. I still can't figure this one out. Why is it that the laser printing on the Certificate of Birth has a white halo effect around the letters? This white halo overwrites the green hatched background. How can a laser print anything white on green? Look at the letter "O" in Obama.








In fact, when you look at the name Obama, all the green hatched background lines are completely overwritten by the black letters, and the empty spaces between the black letters. How could this be if the letters were printed by a laser printer on a blank certificate?


But the date that's stamped on the certificate does NOT have the same white halo effect. Why? Anybody have any explanation for this?

Back on topic, if it is discovered Obama has been lying about his name, and possibly using false name on all his legal documents, it would be serious. If you can't trust a person to tell you his real name, what can you trust about him?

For the record, a kind soul just corrected me on another thread that McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone (also US Territory at the time) and not the Philippines base. I would like to note that was my error.

The Halo effect of the text overlay is called Embossing. It is created with any Graphics Editor (i.e. Photoshop). You can also add in drop-shadow effects to the text etc.

This is obviously a fake. The text has been super-imposed onto that background (that image).

I am having a hard time coming up with any other explanation than the one you just described. All of the laser printed black-on-green text has this white halo that overwrites the green background. But the date stamp doesn't have this effect.

What else could POSSIBLY cause this halo effect?

I've done it dozens of times with a graphics editor. The Halo effect is a very common feature for even default text enhancement above the norm.

Nothing else could cause it. Especially for what is supposed to be a Birth Cert. from the 1960s.

You could easily re-create that image. Just take the background image and add the same size font (and font type) in terms of the text.

Notice how the green hatch marks are TOTALLY absent between the letters.

How could the green hatch marks totally vanish between the laser printed letters? What other explanation could there be other than these letters were photoshopped onto an image of the certificate?

I believe that is the only explanation. A true print wouldn't have the Halo effect reserved for those specific pixels in the image.

It's a shame, Obamabots will chalk it off as speculation but will not be able to explain it.

You have showed some proof, that definitely that would tell most anyone who knows about Graphics etc. is a Photoshop image.
