Im not in fear of you being banned, Im just saying that if you continue with the immaturity that you are currently showing, and claim all the mods are military shrills becuase they removed a post of yours which was clearly against the T & C's, then you will surely be banned from this site.

What does it matter? You start a thread with a 1-liner, asking about the personal life of members?

We do not discuss members. Not newbies, not members that have been here for 5 years, not staff members, not FSMEs. We respect the privacy of our members, and staff members are MEMBERS first and staffers second.

And for the record, all staff are volunteer staff. We don't get paid to keep ATS a pleasant environment to be in.

Even if the question was answered - what would that have turned into? ATS is run by the government? If that is where you are heading then perhaps you should read THIS POST.

Also for the record. The answer is 1.

Any news on the threads that wont load? I ask because I only use a phone, no net access on my comps atm.

The "go light"/"go dark" button does not work in the myATS page, it returns the 404 page.

Could we get the ATS Media Portal working in a friendly way?

By friendly I mean not aggressively re-compressing JPEGs, not renaming the images, things like that.

Many sources use the image name to identify the original photo (like the Apollo photos, for example) and when we upload those images they get what looks like a random name, so it's easy to loose the reference to the original image.

Re-compressing JPEGs is more intrusive than it looks, because not only the image looks worse, it looses the EXIF data, if there was any.

Considering that many photos posted here on ATS are posted to be analysed (as far as possible) by other members, so by loosing the EXIF data and loosing quality the photos become less usable.

PS: I promise not to make more posts saying that the Media Portal is almost useless, but it would be even better if you could turn it into something useful for ATS.

Another thing, could you please change the way the embedded sounds act, to make them play only when we click on the play button?

It's annoying to open a page and ear the sound, star a post and ear that sound again, make a post and ear the sound again, etc.

Also, although I haven't tried it, if all people post a sound in their posts then we will have a page with 20 sounds playing simultaneously, and that doesn't sound (pun intended) nice.

Same here, I was just going to party in there tonight and I guess the check bounced..lol.. Joking of course. But yea, I guess thats why no one is on chat now. I hope it gets back up and running again soon.
