In actual fact, religion is very much relevant in this thread because the Muslim world sees these actions as the actions of the 'Christian' world. No wonder they see us as a bunch of Godless sinners.

It doesn't make it right. Christians are NOT bloodless. We've wiped out entire civilizations and their history along with it. No, we need to put that stuff behind us and look ahead. Both sides. Because this is doing nobody anywhere any good at all.

Actually, one of the many people who I've been talking to regarding this topic through U2U's is a Christian, and I completely agree with what he has to say. (No, we're not bashing behind peoples backs, we are trying to avoid de-railing the thread even further.)

I targeted you because you stated that the torture of Muslims is ok, because god has given you the right to do so.

I said we are at war against muslim extremists, I said that torture is necessary to gain information. I said that God has given us the ability to uphold his laws and to punish accordingly. I believe that this thread has achieved it's original purpose and that was to renew hatred for America and nothing else. We are getting nowhere on this thread. If you'd like to U2U me I'd welcome it though.

By no means was this thread intended to "renew" hatred against the US. I'm am not interested in fostering hate, I was only interested in getting through to people like you. But over the last couple of days, I have seen that you are totally out of reach.

No. It's not something. In fact, I would call that baseless stereotypical drivel...

I know plenty of Muslims who have no hate for Christians and even consider the one true God relevant to both religions.

They do not blame Christians for what the Vatican church did... that's because more often then not, they are educated about religion. That's more than we can say for some people....

And no real Christian thinks Muslims are Godless or savages etc. Again, that is stereotypical drivel which you're trying to pass off as a standard.

I got reprimanded from you for saying too little in a post. Now I got reprimanded again and I'm still not sure what for. Who did I attack? Christians have been attacked all day and you have tolerated it. What specificly did I do that you can't tolerate?

Also why do my points continue to go down? Am I still being reprimanded? I'm just curious. Or do you lose points for adding someone as a Foe?
