666 the NUMBER!!! at 66.6 longitude (northern hemi) on Dec 22 23 24 the sun dies, not rising above the horizon for 3 days, at this time VENUS appears as the brightest star for 3 days. (anti son, I mean sun) on Dec 25th the son I mean SUN is born again and starts to rise,... until next year, when the SON I mean SUN dies for 3 days only to be risen again.....more than 15 men have the announcement, birth, crucifiction, and resurection, starting in sumeria, then HORUS, and many many more.... do YOU worship the SON or the SUN of GOD? hmmm... one letter changes the WHOLE perspective... sun of god, son of god.. the sun FROM god, or the son from GOD..... christians hav continued this SUN/SON worship without knowing the ROOTS of the story.....

Right on, people take a lil bit picking a verse here and there and twist and spread hate and look no further. Take the whole book and ye shall know the truth. The New Testament taken as a whole shuts down every hate monger out there. I spent a lot of time with the Sunday sabbath issue and have come to the conclusion that things that God wants us to do Hetells us in the Bible in uncomplicated ways. Items that are vague are not that important. The commandments tell us to keep the Sabbath holy, NOT keep Sunday OR Saturday holy. God doesn't care what day we celebrate the Sabbath, what He DOES care about is that we HONOR HIM.

And no, no where does it say the mark of the beast is the Sabbath on the wrong day. You are taking the Word of God and misconstruing it for your own purposes...which I believe the New Testament says is a sin in itself. The apostles say that no one should add or take away from the Bible and if they do they will pay the ultimate sacrifice. Much like the Mormans have done.

Again, it is my belief that God doesn't want us left confused and anything of importance is directly taught to us thru the Bible. He wants His holy day, but since He didn't specifically specify which day...then we can take from that that it is not that important to Him... only that we keep the Sabbeth holy...whatever day that would be.

Matt 5:17-19

This says it all to those GOD chooses to let hear the truth, there are many whose mind and heart are closed. This too is the mark of the beast. Those who worship Christ in vain......

As in Matt 25:1-12, about the 10 virgins, 5 who were prepared and ready, 5 who were not perpared and had keep enough oil for their lamps.

"11Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

12But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. "

"I know you NOT"

Preparation is keeping the commandments, the holy days, Love the LORD your GOD, his son CHRIST.

Wouldn't it be an irony if organized religion is the beast talked about; that's what I'm leaning towards? Nice post, how do you interpret this? Do you think the 66.6* is due to chance that the 666 is the number used in Revelation??? the bible is such a mix of metaphor, actual happening, fabricated stories, but also is made up of so many other religious aspects that came before. What's worse is that so much stuff has been "not included" in todays packaged collection of books...someone on here talked about the mormans adding to and I laughted because what many fail to understand is that the "christians" took away...a lot! Someone else said it even better on here when they mentioned that today's religious westerners walked in at the end of the movie and have no idea what the real story was...it may be will never find out...but I think we know we don't have all the puzzle pieces...

I hope you don't call your Sabbath "Saturday." If you do, you're honoring a Pagan god, Saturn. Come to think of it, I hope you don't use Tuesday through Fiday (Tyr's Day, Odin's day, Thor's day, Freyr's day) or Sunday and Monday, as they are named for the worship of the sun and the moon.

If you're not calling the days by their ancient Hebrew names, then you're revering false gods. Your calendar is an idol to their wickd ways! Even the months are set against you.

I don't have a boss, I'm my boss.

Also, thats silly, nothing can take your soul from you, you are your soul.

Your soul isn't something that's seperate from you, where it can be taken away from you like a pair of shoes or something.

I am not REALLY sure about the 666, just intersting facts that have come to light after I woke up from my hyptnotizing affects religion has on the mind... GOD wants us to think for ourselves, not let him think for us. God can not help YOU, until you help YOURSELF. I think your idea of what the mark is, ORGANIZED CONTROL (RELIGION, SPIRITUALITY is different) is in FACT the BEAST we are warned of... is this fact? who knows.

To OP:

The right hand does not signify actions; it signifies seat of authority.

The forehead does not signify intellect; it signifies judgement.

The mark of the beast is any worldly system to which one's complete individual and societal authority and judgement have been surrendered.

My Sabbath is the SEVENTH day.............and the 7 high holy days. Juda has faithfully kept the 7th day sabbath for thousands of years. The fact that the catholic church changed their sabbath away from the 7th day "saturday" tells me it is correct. The great HATE of all things JEW in the catholic church (circa 300-400AD) is yet more proof.

It is the catholic church that MARKED and abandon the true sabbath.

remember, the original "puritans" were sabbath keepers.........7th day...

It makes sense that in Duet 6:8 GOD set his mark in the hand and forhead and that in Rev the mark of the anti-christ would also be there to brand his faithful..............."everyone else"...............

Well, while many wait for that "moment" when they are to be implanted with a chip or mark, their "religion" has already been recorded in the government records on all those hospital and doctors office visits, etc.

Those who are fooled are also waiting for the rapture. A rapture to the false messiah...........the anti-christ........all those with his MARK......
