Of course they could face jail time for breaking the law. Has that stopped them from breaking many in the past? I'm quite certain that you can't get more crooked than a politician.

My point is not the past, but what is most logical given the situation. You have to look at it from their perspective. The cost of making your actions public is not worth it. If I am going to violate constitutional rights, I am not going to make an act, which is made public, stating I am doing so. I am just going to do it. Those are the things you only hear about once some one leaks it to the media. Those are the times you hear about them breaking the law directly.

www.cnn.com...

things like that are what you need to worry about because it is what they don't tell you that is most threatening to your liberties. If they are making something public, it is only because they know that whatever is in it is not controversal enough to get them backed into a corner.

They aren't going to make something public if it could cost them their illegal actions being made public. Its the stuff that you never hear or and find anything on that is the most worrysome.

Provisions of the PATRIOT Act have been ruled unconsitutional twice. That doesn't stop Congress.

Honestly, the first time I had heard about the patriot act, it was already passed. That is how quick it came into the picture. I think that if anything, they learned from their mistake and they are handling it differently now. If you think that the Executive Order or Law that violates freedom the most will be made public, you have another thing coming. The only reason we heard about the Patriot act is because people like Ron Paul, and other concerned people spoke out about it anyway.

If they learned anything from the Patriot act, it is to conduct your illegal acts in private. Thats why I don't see the threating stuff to our liberty coming in the form of an act like this one, but rather an undercover program that was simply made without the knowledge or consent of the public or its representatives.

Maybe I'm just bitter because the federal government spent 2006 using me as an unwilling test subject for their advanced psychotronic weapons.

No one has Adversity Rights in this Nation. That means that since to me the Civil War of the '60's never ended and only the agenda was changed that some people still run around this Nation preaching some anti-social agendas. Personally, I was attacked in this Nation by a bunch of weasels who think that they can Act like Federal Employees in a sense by trying to irritate people in the USA. It would be better for some ex-veterans to just sit at home and drink their beer and leave well enough alone. Otherwise, Hell can be unleashed in more than one way in this Nation. This is the premis I am going by:

5000 people were shot during that Civil War because some people can not understand that Elections are held in this Country, no one knows everything, and if you are considering that Humans must, then you might as well pray to God.

No one has Adversity Rights to think that as a Nation people are being weaseled. Usually the ones implying that are simply the ones that always seem to be seeking revenge and hate. There are shades of love also as an emotion, and the act of communication is also an Act that does not imply that Freedom of Speech means berating certain other people in this Country as not having Equal Rights, none of which are Adversity Rights, but Certain Inalienable Rights only.

But on the other hand, I really do not see why ladies are kept out of the wording of the Constitution though. They seem to discern that they are different than man and to me only in some ways, that also mean that they must consider what they are doing also in this Nation.

But, that above is only the short version.

Ok it is long past time to take all the politicians out and hang'em. And the whole key to all of this is they have been doing this stuff all the while bits and pieces at a time starting with gun control, then on to the whole PC movment which was basically the thought police in training, to the smokers who have watched the tax on a pack of cigarettes go up to pay for virtually everything. its all been divde and conquer up until now and now they have a bunch of fat lazy people unable to really do anything to stop them.

This is absolutely senseless. The same thing is happening in Canada, but at a slower rate. This is one step closer to a new world order in my opinion; a one world government. If we do not rebel, we will fall prey to the wolves.

They make war but the blood is on their hands. they come in broad daylight but no one hears them or sees them. they take our rights to free speech away, they take the food we eat and poison it, they take dead airspace, tv, and other sources and poison our minds, they can see you and hear you anywhere, always watching and listening as they sit back and laugh, and if you go out of line they kill you on sight.

They think it's funny as they play their little games and then after their victims try to fight back, they wipe out humanity and die in their own puss and blood, and if anyone is still alive they think to themselves "Who's laughing now!"

Our gov't don't know what kind of crap they're digging in, and so far as I am concerned, let's just kill them all and let god sort them out, cause if we don't, they will kill us instead. Kill or be killed, that is the question.

`(7) Individuals prone to violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence span all races, ethnicities, and religious beliefs, and individuals should not be targeted based solely on race, ethnicity, or religion.

`(8) Any measure taken to prevent violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence and homegrown terrorism in the United States should not violate the constitutional rights, civil rights, or civil liberties of United States citizens or lawful permanent residents.

dictionary.reference.com...

Note the use of the word "should" in sec. 899 B points 7 and 8. Should is the past tense of the word shall. Should is Used to express obligation or duty: You should send her a note. And where shall is used for something that will take place or exist in the future: We shall arrive tomorrow. Just because they say "we are obligated to not violate your constitutional rights", does not mean they will or are held to by law either in the present, or future. The correct use should have been we shall not violate the constitutional rights, civil rights, or civil liberties of United States citizens or lawful permanent residents.

Also note the words "lawful permanent residents" which implies resident aliens, however we could all be considered permanent residents living in this country, citizenship or not. If we violate this bill we are no longer "lawful permanent residents" and it eludes to not having any rights if you are not a law abiding resident. Weather there will be a bill that states such, only time will tell, but this one will complement it quite nicely.

Well, I know how you feel. But personally I think this reality and this world is just a spiritual school of sorts. So whatever these people are doing to others is seen by someone and will affect their soul. Im not a religious guy and I havent read the bible, but doesnt even the bible say something about "God seeing everything going on"? I could be wrong though.

I dont believe in murder to solve problems. Even if the current criminals in charge of the world would die, others would take their place. Its the same when trying to kill all "terrorists". Kill a million terrorists and another two million takes their place. Its just like the forces that are trying to shut up the truth about 9/11. All it does is create more people wanting to oppose the ones trying to shut them up.

Fight fire with water, not fire. The people who believe you can fight violence with violence are probably new souls and havent yet understood the reasons why it doesnt work.

Do remember this act does not put any new meassures into place. IM worried at what they may do to the internet as a result of their findings, but that is really it.

If they come up with a prevention method, violating the constitution or not, it has to come as a new bill, approved by the house, senate, and president. Mind you, by that time, GWB will not be in office.

This committee will release its final report in early/mid 2009. Now, my worry is that they will make laws regarding the dangers of the internet. The dangers being the ease which terrorists can use it.

But I don't know why everyone is freaking out about the definitions of terrorist and homegrown terrorism, because its not any different then what it was before.

History repeats predictably. All an individual can do is become strong, remain honorable, and associate with like-minded individuals to ensure that the light of Liberty is never extinguished. One must not become the Rabbit, nor the Cat, but remain Human. That is becoming- difficult.

american's will wake up en masse if and when they are laid off, and the fairy tale reality evaporates leaving them with the urgency to actually LOOK critically at all the deception and manipulation that they allowed themselves to ignore in order to enjoy their lives.

The american economy has been HOllowed out, industry and manufacturing has been outsourced and we are heavily employed in the service sector.

House prices continue to fall, and people can't use their homes as ATM's, they spend less, even save a bit and then retailers start to have POOR EARNINGS they will lay off people and this will SPIRAL (it may get quite bad)

As the Federal Reserve BANKSTERS continue to sacrifice the Dollar in order to bailout wall street and their casino like and irresponsible lending investment bankers (thru intrest rate cuts) we will see

1. prices of consumer goods rise
2. OPEC country's gradually diversify out of $ assets, as well as stop accepting $ for payment. (because the dollar is being devalued that much, that is a large reason why oil prices per barrell have nearly DOUBLED this year)
3 opportunity to profit in the markets
4. this will lead to the need to create a new currency because the dollar is being DESTROYED willingly

so the economy is being hollowed out and layoffs will rise gradually then rapidly at the same time the currency is being destroyed. OUCH

either way apart from the fed or OPEC, the first 3 paragraphs should show that bad times are headed toward the U.S economy and anger and emotions will grow among the middle class which will be squeezed.

This represents a tremendous amount of potential unrest and the level of freedoms we currently enjoy is not possible to be maintained under the hardships and type of rule that may be required to keep order.

another potential area this covers is IF/WHEN their is a False Flag attack on the Iran/Iraq border and certain partys i.e IRAN is blamed

the people that are hip to these sort of things "gulf of tonkin" incidents who try to spread the word, will be seen as terrorists, who are terrorizing the gov't who are trying to lie to the people (because all gov't feel like their citizens can't handle or understand the truths or reality's of things (usually true) because the truth woudn't fit (the majority of sheeple/ citizens fairy tale beliefs) and gov'ts can't experiment to find out how sheeple deal with being finally told the truth and their resulting uncertaint emotions/uphevals digesting it against the way they thought "were led" to believe things were, are or worked

if i were to try to "challenge the gov'ts ideas i would do so thru the use of a parody or something using humor

You have to understand that illegals will get same benefits as American citizens not matter what because that is part of the plans of the NAFTA.

This one of Bush babies, it has been pushed a littler bit at a time and it will keep on been pushed even if we want it or not.
