I liked this part. This happens to a lot of people without noticing. The gather and gather knowledge thinking they know everything. But "knowing everything" means closing and becoming a stone. Then comes boredom. Then further down to cynicism. Scoff at anything that sounds flowery or positive. And further down it goes. Good point!

I like it how you conveniently disregard the fact that most people in this thread seem to know what he is talking about and a lot of them had the exact same experience. You actually just insulted the integrety of almost all people in this thread.
Menguard maybe went a bit overboard with his poetic comments, but you can't just disregard all the other people.

Many of Reverend Jones' followers drank the Kool-Aid and died for their convictions. No condemnation from me. It doesn't make the Kool-Aid right or the dead followers wrong. It's all just something to think about.

I gave up a long time ago trying to understand or explain things like that. I simply look for explanations and evidence, if there is neither, then something is not right. And I don't pooh on explanations, but I do pooh on obvious stuff that is more like kool-aid than something of substance.

In fact, I have had the same feelings or quickenings, and can assume to have heard voices, as well. However, being a good deal older than many of the posters here, but not ancient, I have had these things for a good deal longer than many here. It's not a matter of my calling them good or bad. It is a matter of finding someone, who, once again, tries to get folks to drink his kool aid that I take exception too.

Also, no offense intended, but I think you do not know who I did or did not intend to insult, or indeed if I intended any insult at all. An insult, like a gift (per Lord Buddha) is only accepted if one wishes to accept it. Otherwise, it goes back to the sender. Is that not true? On the other hand, if you can come here and say what is on your mind in a clear, succinct and concise manner, why not me?

I dont know about esp, but i seen to....know...stuff instinctively.

Ok, earlier i posted simply, I know exactly what you mean.

time to come clean.

I have heard/felt that voice/prescence for most of my life, however until now it has remained with me.

about 4 years ago, it came in an incredible way. I was ' told' I was to be tested. Now usually i say bugger off to the voice and think about other #

This time i thought...hmmm ok...nothing happening anyway lets have an adventure....

I turned to a mate and simple gave him some $$$ and said get us on the cheapest nastiest flight to London.
he came back with Indonesian Air ( Garuda ) on Sept 11 2004 ( seriously )
I had no visa. 2 months to go my EX wife turns up with a bank account and the necessary funds for a visa... ( she had NO reason to help. # ends badly otherwise it would not end )
then a series of dreams. VERY full on. I still remember them clearly.
sept 9 we are in melbs awaiting our destiny when the Australian embassy in Indonesia gets blown the hell up.
however, as somehere will know, you CANNOT say NO to the voice/feeling/calling so we go anyways..... with a stop over in Indonesia, and Malaysia

Arrive at London, Sept 11 with 200 pounds. ( bugger all in London )
this was an entire journey of faith. It seriously felt as if I was being tested to see exactly how far i would go. Yet, the more i 'gave in ' and did as I was told, the world parted and made it disturbingly easy......

I remained for 2 years. Saw the london bombings ( i was in Edinburgh living ) and saw the G8 riots. I learnt the 'mood' of people from various cultrues etc.

1 clear thing stood out. Something was indeed happening around the world. Something big. I was not the only one with a similar story of ' being tested '

The three dreams came true.

1) a yellow man with a painted face half white half black was to judge me.

I did indeed have my soul judged by a kindred spirirt. He named me Vulpes. Romanian for Fox. meaning clever. Randomly, over the course of a year, i had a wild pet fox. We had a 'moment' he came and sat down at my feet and stared at me for about 10 minutes. ( in the year, it was the closest ANY of us had gotten, usually he'd rabbit off into the scrub ) but defineatley felt 'otherwordly.'

2) A priest at a ruined temple was to talk to me

I did meet the priest at the ruined church. Someone gave me the first 10 books for the freemasons degree to peruse and I had a long interesting talk with a Templar. yes, an actual Templar on Inchcolm. ( look it up )

3) A woman packing her bags, turns to her friend and says i HAVE to wait.

the girl did tell her friends she was staying simply because she felt she should ( i had no idea she was even thinking of leaving! )

all in all I was indeed tested, then oddly, was ' told ' to come home for a bit. so i did. the next year or so has transpired precisely how i was told it would.

I also 'know' my journey has but begun. next year i am off overseas again. most likely never to return.

Oddly, it was when i decided to listen was when the world made more sense and life became disturbingly easy.

anyways thats my story for now.

I get it!

If you'd prefer me to say Eureka then Eureka, but i know what's going on!

We, the ones whom we're 'called' to the 'gathering' don't actually have any purpose whatsoever other than to know that we were called to the gathering!

it may be the case that menguard did this unintentionally, but let me put it like this; Every person who has claimed to have 'heard' a voice claims that Something is coming, that we need to be prepared for something.

And why is this so? I hear you shout.

Simple; Something is happening to humanity - it may be that we've reached a stage of critical mass, perhaps there has been some sort of shift in the psychic bonds between us, it may even be that the recent troubles have caused great stress but WHO KNOWS; But those whom feel that we need to be prepared for something are right.

The only difference is that We are the ones whom are concious of it.

We are 'aware' that something is happening, i feel that there are people in the world whom are sub-conciously aware of it, and have failed to recognise the significance.

As such, these people will feel a sensation of anticipation that will steadily override whatever is they are doing and force them to proceed directly to what that particular individual feels is their goal in life.

Essentially, those whom are subconciously aware of this feel like the end of the world is nigh, and want to do what they can before it happens - The problem is that there are powerful people in the world who can feel the subconcious pull, and they are being 'pulled' into a mindset to start their master-strokes to get into a position of power.

All this makes me think of the prophesized end in 2012, and the theories surrounding how it may be because of humanity's self-destructive desire for the world to end - the prophecy is self-fulfilling!

Believe what you want. I am prepared.

Manguard had a question and a lot of people responded positive, and shared his experience. Then you come and say he has null value. Well, there's more than 300 responses to his thread. Must have some value. And you talk about how you attacked him before, how is that relevant? Should you protect us from him? Can't we decide for ourselves if we believe him? I think a lot of people already did. And what'up with the kool-aid comparison? I think people here are a bit smarter than blinded religious mass-suicide committers. Thank you very much.
You act all balanced and stuff but I can smell your arrogance from far away.
If you don't agree or believe, you don't have to attack the OP's character.

You don't get it, everyone is their OWN leader. Your inability to notice the undertone of this thread is indicative of you generalizing this with a cult massacre.

Okay guys, one on one flame-wars at a time...

EDIT: I think... that what i'm trying to say we need to do is this;

We need 'Anti-Doomsayers'...

This is waaaaaay too big for me...

Heh, i just realised i've fallen into a psychological trap of my own making.

Alright guys, is there anyone who feels that there is a shred of truth in that wild, totally untamed psuedo-babble that i left up there?

Let me put it like this - it's possible there is absolutely NOTHING SUPERNATURAL AT ALL about this.

It's all psychological.

It is Our own subconcious mind/higher awareness, talking to us - It's making us aware of the things to come.

There are people whom don't actually have the connection with their subconcious out there, whom will dismiss such an idea as a self-aware subconcious as ludicrous or naive (depends on the person), but this is because they don't understand what the subconcious actually is.

It's all quite clear to me now, i'm actually quite disappointed i didn't make the connections earlier - i can only begin to imagine the problems i've caused and the problems that are in store for me.

Anyway, the subconcious is constantly aware, the same way that the concious is constantly aware, but the thing is that it is an alien concept - as alien a concept as finding out that you're the messiah or that you've been gifted with extraordinary powers or some # like that - as such the concious mind refuses to accept the subconcious.

But that isn't how it works, there is nothing 'sub' about the subconcious at all, it's essentially the rest of your mind that's just sitting there twiddling it's thumbs as it digests information that would be extremily useful if only we acknowledged that it is there.

If you don't believe me, stop reading now - because this is where i'll explain my reasoning.

My 'sub' tells me that human beings are greedy, compulsive and so on, and it understands the power that stress can have on the psychology of my mind, stress will force me to act in a certain way, and that if i had completely cut myself off from the 'sub', i would not be aware of any effect that stress has whatsoever, i would simply be an impulsive, brash, loudmouth #.

As such, there are plenty of people in power whom are indeed like this (i pray to god that Senor Bush isn't as thick as he appears).

Now here's the interesting bit;

Everyone's subconcious mind, regardless of whether the individual acknowledges it or not, is picking up on all this 2012 stuff, and it just so happens that world events are so dire that some people are actually starting to 'subconciously' believe in it.

Luckily enough for the more open-minded of our race (i.e; those whom have a decent grasp of reality), we're actually aware of what the subconcious is capable of - and perhaps in our dreams or those magical moments of clarity you sometimes have, it all slots into place, only to fall back out again when you start thinking "Nah, it can't have been me, i've got control - But then what was it"

Well I can see no one is familiar with the Mayan calendar.

The Mayan Calendar is not a calendar based on the passage of time like our currently active Gregorian calendar. It describes how the progression of Creation condition Human Consciousness thus giving certain aspects to our thoughts and actions. The Mayan Calendar tracks the evolution of Consciousness since the Universe began, the physical laws being one of the first foundations of Consciousness.

If you would consider devoting 3 hours of your time watching the videos made by Ian Xel Lungold on the Mayan Calendar, the knowledge you will receive would be extremely worthwhile.

A large amount of people suddenly woke up about 6 weeks ago. A lot of people don't even care about their jobs anymore and are just no longer career motivated. They seem to now have the attitude "As long as I'm happy, who cares!".

You fpound me out enigmania, smelling my arrogance and all. OK. I conceed that the message is there, and I've heard it, as well. Probably a good deal longer than you. I am not really shooting the message down.

You are quite welcome to believe what you want, when you want, and how you want. It really does not matter to me one little bit. It is unfortunate that you don't want to allow anyone else to have the same privilige. I'm afraid that I made a tactical error in responding to the original post I responded to via public forum instead of private message. And so... I find I have to answer to folks like you, who have an issue with anyone not buying into your philosophy or methodology. Sokay with me.

You are so intent on being correct that you didn't really read the message... I didn't disapprove of the message. I did, however, disapprove of the messenger, as it were.

You win. I hope you feel better now, and I promise not to come back and respond here anymore.

As John Lear might say, your input is greatly appreciated.

Here are some bits and pieces of information some may find useful:

"The Nature of THIS World" thread at AstralDynamics forum

If what I've seen is true, than what is happening now is not exclusively related to humanity. It's a matter of interest to every living being inside this world.

Well, I guess we'll just have to wait and see how it all turns out...

Sigung, I have no problem with people having and expressing another opinion than mine. No problem, good even. What you did, was attacking the OP's character and trying to make other people distrust him. Other people that clearly backed up and had the experience he described in his first post.
Then you start comparing this thread and it's participants to a cultleader and his following of mass suicide committers.
You cloak it all under "my opinion", but if you can't give your opinion without insulting or making someone look bad, you add nothing to thread, but negative energy.

as an aussie, yes any allusions to one of the two armed rebellions in my nation against the English is always appreciated!

and as far as your psychological trap goes, if it is the one I am thinking of, the rabbit hole is deep indeed isnt it???

I have thought long and hard about the differences between a faith inspired journey and some weird Law of Attraction/ self-fulfilling prophecy. Cannot say any easy answers. Only, something ( either myself or something greater ) told me to go. I went. it worked out, apparently. Only a self-educated bartender who decided to have an adventure and meet some really cool people. In other words, I am still trying to make heads or tails of it. There have been an insane amount of 'coincidances' in my life over the last 10 years. far far too many to be chance.

NP - Yeah mate, I have noticed an incredibly slow change happening in our nation. Slowly more and more people are....simplifying....for lack of better term. It is REALLY wierd. Met a host of people that have...i dont know... come to the conclusion that they have a roof over their head ( rented/owned irrelevant ) they have 3 meals a day and they are happy with their jobs. Incredibly its not just happening at the lower end of our society, but across the board. Oddly, very oddly for our nation, it seems to mirror our native aboriginals philosophys slightly.

mengaurd, the group transference you spoke of. For myself, it was like....being told by a group but with one voice standing out...have you heard it again????

That’s a great video. He makes a good point on intuition and how it relates to the mind in the second part. He is smarter than he looks and that 3 hours could save a lot of people a lot of time. It made me more knowledgeable. I’ve always kind of ignored the Mayan talk but he makes a striking amount of sense. I recommend it. He spells a lot of things out, weather you agree with his conclusion or not.

I'm usually not a poster, however, now I feel I must.

I did an experiment on the "We Are Gathering" sentence. I tried meditating, while letting those words run trough my mind. The result is quite astonishing.
Already after a couple of minutes I felt huge amounts of energy, like electricity going trough my limbs. Sooner and stronger than during 'normal' meditation. It also brough forward some very strong emotions.
I stopped the experiment and after getting up, I felt 'different'. My whole body felt like it was made of wax, I was quite numb and even a bit dizzy, like just waking up after too much of sleep.

Do not ask me if this was a typical "good" experience, as I do not know. Whatever is or was emitting these words must be a powerful force.
