We don't feel safe here in the USA because it's not the dream we grew up believing in. The police in my hometown taught us how to safely ride bikes and brought us home if we were on the streets after curfew. I guess its basically two words here " over population" lots more people and lots more bad people out there now.

On topic, I sent an e-mail to the University telling them how heinous I believed there representatives conduct was.

While the VA shooting was happening The Police Were Directing the Shooter on who to kill. Trained police are trained to kill and storm buildings when shots are fired they were ordered to stand down.

I go to quite a few conspiracy sites and they need to be looked at with a critical eye. Sometimes a situation is just a situation and not a conspiracy. Being prior military and knowing how military people operate, I find it hard to believe, nay, impossible to believe, that our government can do all the things it is accused of doing and noone tells a soul about it. Sometimes they are just incompetent and we are the victims of stupidity and not conspiracy. By the way, how do you get negative ATS points?

It doesn't change the facts - the campus police over-reacted. Tasering is supposed to be used as pre-deadly force when there is a threat to officers or civilians. There was none.

Also, you might apologize too if you had just been stupified by a taser and were worried about your college career and your parents seeing your butt on t.v. It doen't make him a criminal nor does it justify the complete over-reaction by the campus police and the apathy of the crowd.
