You may state that there are many things that are good about the US and I would not disagree but the concern is the things that are wrong especially when it comes to foreign policy. For the things that are wrong with the US that is for the people of America to sort out, conversely when American policy threatens global instability thats when the rest of us get involved.

If Hitlers Germany was taking wing right now what in your opinion would be the correct course of action. How would you deal with a country who's intention was to invade, occupy and assimilate other nations?

Alright..Now I havent taken the time to look at the vast majority of posts on here but the name calling is just ridiculous. And Iraqs death toll being 1,500,000? You just happen to be about 1,440,000 OFF. I believe the latest estimate was around 60,000. And Im not sure that those numbers distinguish civilians from enemy combatants. You should really be glad that its the US in Iraq and not the USSR in Iraq.

Sanctions have claimed more Iraqi lifes then the current Iraq war has claimed. (Russia, China, France, Germany, just to name a few who enacted sanctions and wanted to keep such sanctions on Iraq when the war talk started to heat up) I believe that over 500,000 iraqi children under the age of 5 died as a direct result of such sanctions. This doesnt even count the adult and elderly that passed due to such sanctions.


And we've all heard that the Iraq war is illegal and we're only there for the oil.. Well for you who think that out there answer these two questions..

Do you think it is a good thing that US actions have put a stop to the Oil-for-food scandal?

And why do you ppl object to our buying oil from a free Iraq at market prices, when before none of the benefits were going to the Iraqi people? Or do you not want them to benefit from their own oil?

We are helping that country more then ppl want to admit...Maybe they should really take there beef up with the idiots who strap bombs to themselves and kill innocent iraqis in open markets?...Those are the ones trying to do there best to destabilize things, not the US.
