You cannot assert that she is "not reading" in that shot.
Nor can you say that she "always wears glasses just like your wife", unless you personally know her, in which case of course you can ask her to identify herself in Jason Ingersoll's photos.

Neither can you prove she is not wearing glasses on the bridge.
Just like I cannot say whether or not the blonde person you falsely identified as Penny, is wearing glasses.
The resolution simply is not that high.

Check your wife's button-up jackets.
Do they all have their buttons on the left (lady's) side, just like Penny's light-coloured jacket does on those 2 photos of her on the bridge?

That young girl with the long black hair is most probably the young girl who sat in Penny's car.

You know, that Penny with the short dark hair, the bumps, the light coloured jacket, and sometimes wears glasses.
These two ladies do appear in the same photograph(s) together. I don't have them with me right now, but you know the routine. Look it up.
This chickiebabe with the long dark locks is standing close to Mike Walter. Guy in the yellow shirt with black hoops.

There is also the young lady with the blonde hair, long dark jacket, light skirt and flat shoes, who seems to me to be Yvette Buzard, according to her testimony. She was going about checking on drivers of other vehicles (including APTN journalist Eugenio Hernandez) on the Camera Guy video.
The northbound septic tank service truck is right there on the bridge with her, closest thing to a concrete truck to be seen in all that day's images.

Where do you find the high res Ingersoll collection? I've only been able to get a couple of them. All the old links I can find are broken.

And where are you getting the numbers for those photos? 014, 015.
The Fairfax septic tank service truck is on photos DSC_0417 & 0418.
Timestamps on these are 9:54 a.m.

The Ingersoll images you are using have a different numbering system from the ones I have, which are prefaced "DSC_04.." and suffixed by other numbers. Where do you find those?
