I actually don't think I have missed your point. I certainly believe that there might be some truth to some of the things posted on that website, but most on the stuff on there tends to trigger my bull# radar, so I choose to acquire my information from more reliable sources.

I'm sorry that I missed your earlier OTO statement, but I haven't read this topic thoroughly. I'm not a member myself, but I know members of the organisation, and I just think that it's very very wrong to accuse innocent people of child rape/abuse.

I too believe that there is some truth to some of the claims made by Reina Michaelson, but she really should do proper research before she starts accusing people. Accusing people of such serious offences without any valid proof is unacceptable.

A lot of these claims are based on the infamous "satanic ritual abuse" cases, and it should not be forgotten that these cases were often based on a phenomenon called false memories, something I have encountered several times as a psychology student.

I entered this forum after following the developments of the gaiaguys site for about 2 years, following the material & accusations they posted, the court cases that followed and the judgement that is the topic of this thread. I only ever came to this site to hear opinions & info on this one specific story, unlike yourself who found the story on this site.

I'm not really sure why anyone would bother with this multiple identity scenario you seem to enjoy cooking up, but why not raise it with moderators/administrators? I'm sure they could easily check if they have several users at the one email address.

Threatening to sue fellow ATS members is not a good way to be respected around here. As from now on i will dismiss anything you write as that crackpot who threatens to sue usernames on this forum for saying thing about other usernames. I think it would be very hard in court to claim defamation of a username.

I can see the court case now: tkmelb for calling Mysticdragon a crackpot we award whoever this person really is 1 million dollars because you have defamed them even though no one in the public knows who this person is and your claim may have affected this posters reputation on one internet site and cost them user points.

The Gaiaguys site has been taken down by the owner himself. ( It's on another forum where he admitted doing that. Has to do with the Billy Meier case. )
He and his wife have been sentenced to 9 months in prison so it seems. There's a lot of gossip on that on several forums but I'll see if I can provide a few detailed links when I have the time.

As I've said before, the OTO and their buddies have done themselves no favours here. The Gaiaguys continue to impress the public as good-guys. OTO on the other hand, seem intent on convincing the public that they're cretinous thugs ... in my opinion. The Gaiaguys were persecuted in the first place for COPYING and PASTING content from OTO's own website !

Not as if Gaiaguys INVENTED the stuff ! They found it on OTO's OWN WEBSITE !

So it seems clear that OTO had no compunctions about SAYING the stuff and PUTTING it in the PUBLIC domain. They claim it as their charter, their mission statement. And it is pretty damn graphic.

So WHY did OTO pretend to object when Gaiaguys provided a link to OTO's site and 'mission statement' ?

And why did the Victorian judiciary take the extraordinary step of persecuting the Gaiaguys for calling attention to what I personally regard as OTO's sick-making and publicly declared garbage ................. INSTEAD OF holding OTO to account regarding the stuff on their site ?

Personally, I don't find the publised mission statements of the OTO (as to be found on their site until they pulled them after exposure by the Gaiaguys) to in any way constitute 'religion' as religion is commonly regarded by the general public.

Gaiaguys committed both libel and slander against Australian Ordo Templi Orientis. Ordo Templi Orientis is a fraternal club composed of students dedicated to studying the writings and practices of the western mystery tradition. Gaiaguys has continuously lied to their readers by falsely claiming that Australian Ordo Templi Orientis is a criminal organization whose members participate in pedophilia and human sacrifice.

The courts examined the case, and found Gaiaguys not to be innocently mistaken, but purposefully lying in order to promote their hate-filled agenda by attempting to spark persecution against people of other religious beliefs.
