Ukraine Style war would mean UK forces would be done in 6 months

But, I'm from the UK, and currently in the US. I've seen first hand in the UK a shooting, on a job that i was working on at the time.

The same area was notorious for gun crime and probably still is. (I've not been around there for probably about six or seven years). But, most of us in the UK do not want guns. Why? Well it's mostly the opposite sex that turns us on, not guns. Plus the fact as others have said in this thread, it's pretty much an ingrained trait of being British to fight using fists, and when there's no fists we use the next nearest thing. A brick, a piece of wood, you name it. Guns just ruin the sport.

Guns are already in the UK though, people already have them, some legally others not. The armed police aren't as trigger happy as some in other countries either and tend to carry more than just a pistol. But again, we don't want guns. We'd rather have our schools safe and gun crime lower than it would be if every nutcase could get hold of one.

I'm waffling on a bit now, and need to get back on topic.

I dont place much stock in organized religious practice if I'm honest bar lip service.

But if Russia invaded, I'm sure the majority of British Muslims worth their salt would take as much offense as the rest of the people of this nation.

Probably invade with it’s newest ally, Ukraine! Chock a block brimful of donated weapons and munitions, recently trained operators and fresh volunteers who are examining the otherside of the bread, knife loaded with freshly churned butter.

Alternatively Russia/Ukraine could just wait for western nations to implode and offer a different direction to the plebs moving forward.

Who can say in reality? Just woke up in the tropical heat and am full of two cups of coffee and an inclination to go swim in the waves before work.

Pretty sorted you get the weather for Crimbo down under, that would be nice.

Just put the Christmas decorations up with Mrs and kids this evening with "Let it Snow" messages all over the front and weans windows so quite the contrast.
