They invent crap on everything it seems. He was almost done with the Q&A and there were two medical emergencies, and they all stayed on stage until the people were taken care of that took a good while. If people started to trickle out it was only that it was basically over, and Trump stayed until everything was OK.

These are horrible people inventing this crap.

It's like Harris telling the crowd that Trump is going to use the military to put them all in jail, and what he said to a question about violent riots on election day was... "it should be handled by the National Guard if necessary". Since the Governor is in charge of the National Guard in each state how does Harris get to this message of hers?

It’s strange, but he’s still climbing in the betting market and polls.

The fundamentals remain the same though, they’ll still have to grapple with the choice between the differences in policy.

Kamala didn’t release her platform until recently and has done a poor job of explaining or pitching that.

I don’t think Trump has done a great job of presenting a coherent path forward, but like it or not people are used to his style of speaking.

There’s a different set of expectations for Trump and Harris, mainly because he runs on not being a “normal” politician, while she leans into it.

Trump doesn't have to do anything other than stand there and 'dance', she's doing all the hard work for him.

I've never kept it secret that I think Trump is an awful choice and should never have been allowed anywhere near The White House, but given the alternative if I was American I'd be seriously considering voting for him.

But, as I'm not American and my opinion is irrelevant its entirely up to you guys.

He never claimed or wanted to be viewed as “polished”. The other side is trying to leverage against that, but they’re not exactly coming across as calculated or statesman like either. So I think it works in his favor.

Bored, maybe, kinda. He has to gear himself up for these things he does. It takes a lot of, oh, moxie. He's an old man. So I think that he pushes himself on to the stage hour after hour, day after day doing the same rumble jumble that his fans have come to love. The same rhetoric, the sames jokes, the same blah blah blah.

Week after week after week. Yep, I think you hit it on the head. Bored. He's running on automatic. Same questions, same answers. Hear the question, mentally flip to the rote answer move on to the next question.

The medical interference with the energy flow that keeps him running, and then again before he could pick up where he left off, another lull for the second medical intervention. At that point he had lost the mojo, it was gone and understandably.

I see him as an entertainer more than anything else. I imagine a big star is a movie who has to wait for filming because of some glitch and then wait again and just toss the script up in the air and stomp off to their trailer. Trump didn't do that, he simply redirected and decided to make it a more relaxing experience for everyone. Maybe take the pressure off of the fans, have a little music festival.

That was my attempt to put a good spin on this and you got the reply because you suggested he might have been bored. Yes, bored silly and that was what his fans got, silly. How many times did he think they would like listening to Ave Maria, three or more times? Well, one at least was a vocal. Now, that's silly.

So he did put them in danger? Or was it Putin and Kamala, conspiring against MAGA supporters again, is that your theory?
