No...this is 2024. We know when the next guy picks up the radio and telephone to give orders to field commanders. The first time he does it, we lock on his credentials (voice pattern/location/etc.). The second time, we send the cruise missile. This can be done as long as the U.S. has cruise missiles. There are not that many men who are able to provide funding, weapons, planning.

Give me examples because I find that to be very untrue. There’s always the next in line. We don’t need tech to find these people. The terrorist themselves announce their replacements. This has happened with ISIS and the Taliban as soon as their leaders were assassinated they shortly afterwords announced their new leader. Neither of those terrorist orgs died with the the assassanation of their leader. There’s always a replacement and probably worse than the one before.

Those are not the right people that ultimately need to be killed, they’re the middleman. You have to get the person responsible for the marching orders. Such is the case as Hamas. Even if you get the leaders in Qatar and Turkey, you still have Iran backing Hamas, Iran will just find the next leader for that organization. They have their jihad to fight, a loss of one or a few people isn’t going to stop that.

You can’t kill off these terrorist organizations. They may drop the name as some have but they either align with another group or restructure and start another. For example eg; Hamas came from the fragmented Muslim Brotherhood. They’re never going away they will unfortunately always exist in one form or another. I think you’re in a fantasy world if you think they’re going to just disappear with a cruise missile.
