Media and other ceremonies are held. They are approved in advance.

Here is what he violated besides the prior approval and other guidelines noted in the pdf:

(7) Media requesting to film the headstone or niche of an individual (including the Kennedy family gravesite) interred or inurned at the cemetery must provide the ANMC PAO with written authorization from the Primary Next of Kin (PNOK) or if applicable, Person Authorized to Direct Disposition (PADD). If family of the deceased are involved in the filming, the ANMC PAO will not permit any audio or microphones placed on family members or near the gravesite during the entirety of the media escort. Additionally, these escorts will be coordinated so as not to impede cemetery operations or funeral services.

(8) Filming or photographing will not be permitted if it conveys the impression that cemetery officials or any visitor or family member is endorsing any product, service or organization. Additionally, ANC will not authorize any filming for partisan, political or fundraising purposes, in accordance with the Hatch Act, 32 CFR 553, and AR 360-1.

Did Obama manhandle a worker to use his own camera crew, contrary to the rules? Did he take photos/ video using his own camera crew at Area 60 and then immediately upload footage as a campaign ad, again contrary to the rules.

Who cares... I think they have had 7 families come forward and say they invited Trump, Harris and Biden. They said Trump was nothing but gracious and the pictures of the families were requested by the families.

Jesus, you accept anything negative towards Trump on words alone, and now you want 100% proof? Do you want to Gold Star families that said they invited them to come to your house to show you that they did. I also haven't seen anything from Harris/Biden saying they were not invited.

that could easily mean they invited, and the invite never went very far as they saw it as bad press since they caused the deaths. So, I guess these families were lying, right?
