Please watch this very short clip before commenting:
rumble.com...

There is really no misinterpreting this.

Tim Walz and his family go out on stage for applause at the DNC...and Walz abruptly grabs his clearly upset and reluctant son's hand aggressively yanking him towards the stage.

The look on Walz face, combined with his aggressiveness towards his son speaks volumes...and shows a cruel and very possibly abusive father.

He was directing his son away from the teleprompter he was about to walk into.

That was interesting, the poor young man looks very awkward, in the stage, but hey I guess that is how Tim will help rule the nation under comrade kamala iron fist.

He was overly aggressive in doing so...and I'm sure you see that too.
He's treating his son just like a dog.

I think the boy has a mental disease. Did you see him screaming and crying while his dad was speaking on the stage? I've seen it during Special Olympics competitions.

Confirmed. GUS WALZ has a mental disorder: www.usatoday.com...

I think so to.
Walz has no patience with his son when it's time for him to mug for the audience.

Nope.

You have to make a neurodivergent (similar) feel secure.

Like strongly grabbing their hand and directing them.

His son has ADHD but on top of that a non-verbal learning disorder.
I'm not defending Walz actions and agree to any onlooker it looks agressive. To be honest, I was expecting him to be manhandling a 5 year old, not somebody who is 17 years old. Hence the reason I went digging, and that's what I found.
Given his son's disability, and in that context, I can understand why he used a 'firm hand'.
Sometimes things are not what they seem.
Rainbows
Jane
PS there is of course the obvious posibility he is wheeling his son out for 'sympathy votes'

It was like a 3 second clip, no context. Anyway, looked like the kid (he’s bigger than Walz by the way) was saying something and Walz’s gave him a pull your head in action more than anything else.

I don’t see any real issue there.

The son has mental illness. It runs in Tims family. Tim went pretty easy on his son in this clip. Things are different off stage in the home.

Jane...I can see the son has a learning disorder. However, the look on Walz' face as he yanks his son is one of cruelty and impatience.
