How long is the police course now? 6 weeks?

No. Surely not. 6 weeks? Then you're handed the power of the badge and all the law behind it?

I have to go check...

Around 18 – 22 weeks classroom-based training – you'll learn a lot about various aspects of policing, the law and procedures but don't worry, it's definitely not boring! It's normally broken up by role plays and practical sessions. You'll receive first aid and personal safety training

Oh well thats ok then. At least they get first aid AND personal safety training..

An apprenticeship is 4 years.

You can do 5 months training and become a cop. Oh my life. They hide behind their badge. Without that they're nothing. Some are total bastards. Ive had beatings off them and you could see the venom, the spewing of anger come out them just beating the crap outta me, and others.

5 months training would be needed just to know how to deal with certain situations.

2 tier Kier or free gear Kier as he is now being called sees more bad numbers on the opening day of the Labour party conference , Yougov's latest popularity numbers make for grim reading for Labour as 60% of those polled now Dislike Starmer as opposed to just 20% who have a favourable opinion of him.
yougov.co.uk...

The latest Opinium poll also shows Starmer’s approval rating dropping to -26%.

On the eve of the first Labour Party Conference since they came into power, Keir Starmer’s approval rating is at its lowest ever (-26%), down by 45 points from his first approval rating as prime minister (+19%).

In less than 3 months , couldn't happen to a nicer chap.

So the plot thickens not only has Lord Waheed Alli given Kier Starmer tens of thousands of pounds and clothed his wife the Labour peer has also given Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson £14,000 to pay for her 40th birthday party and other stuff.

Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson has defended receiving a donation of £14,000 from a Labour peer embroiled in a freebies row, saying it was "declared properly and thoroughly".
news.sky.com...

Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner got to stay in Lord Waheed Alli's New York apartment.

She told the BBC that Lord Waheed Alli was a friend and the trip had been a "personal holiday" but she had been "transparent" by disclosing her use of the apartment because he had donated to her in the past.

I saw on the news Labour's goons grabbing those two protestors at Conference grabbing them round the neck and dragging them out, shoving one of their faces into the wall for good measure.

Assault, surely?

Ok, so they were climate change Muppets, but I thought Starmer was against political violence and disorder?

One law for thee.....?

Ha! Pat McFadden was just asked on GBNews that MP's should be 'means tested' for their expenses. As an example it was cited that Starmer has paid off his £2million morgage!!!
Classic! Media turning on Labour!

They are all rotten.
Taking backhanders like its going out of fashion and then glibly stating that the money was given without strings..
Like yeah, the rich are well known for just giving money away with no expectation of any reciprocation.

I'm not sure what I am more angry about. them taking the money or them treating us like bloody fools.
