How do the anti-Biden/Harris Palestinian supporters communicate? Police should monitor that channel.

They could communicate a number of ways. Cell phone apps (telegram, Messenger, etc), Gmail via draft messages that are never sent, but everyone involved uses the same account, or various radio frequencies/bands.

For radio, it could be anything from FRS radios to commercial encrypted radios (the latter if they’re as well-funded as I suspect they are). Could also be via illegal use of Amateur (“ham”) radio or GMRS, using encryption (using encryption on both of those radio services is illegal).
